I still have the leak.The job did not start on schedule because the workers walked off job. It was snowing when the roof was done. I was told don't worry. Clean-up was not good. The owner refuses to answer his phone. So I spent $20,000.00 and I still have the leak. I made the mistake of paying before making sure the job was done right. Don't believe that I even needed a new roof and worry about more leaks now.

Had a meeting with the sales guy who provided an estimate and I paid 50% of the cost. I was told that someone would call me to schedule the installation. Didn't hear from anyone for two weeks. Called the sales guy again and then finally someone called me back. Supposedly it was the project manager. He said he would get back to me shortly with a date. Didn't hear anything again for a few weeks (I even went on vacation for a couple of weeks) and then received a refund check in the mail without a reason why the project was cancelled. Seemed like a decent place based on my interaction with the sales guy but then again he was a SALES GUY. I am very disappointed. I was interested in giving them more business when the time came to do my roof. I guess my money is no good.

Dave's team was punctual, professional, and responsive to our questions. We are pleased with our new roof and would hire Dave for other home projects in the future.

Andy came and gave me my estimate and really spent some time with me. He added in his ideas which I wanted. So work has not started yet, but I know exactly what is gonna happen and feel very comfortable with Andy.

The SHC crew was very professional and were a pleasure to work with from quote to finishing touches. We needed a small deck built off the back of our house and they were able to make some design suggestions that saved us money and improved the overall quality of the deck. Definitely would reccomend to others.

Dave and his crew came in and were very professional from start to finish. They were very meticulous with the installation of the new cabinets, and the granite countertop was handled with care and placed perfectly with ease. The crew were very hardworking, and even replaced some rot they had found without elongating the time frame Dave had estimated, which was great. Already spoke with him about further remodeling and am definitely hiring him for doing so. Thank you Dave and crew, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with your work.

If you looking to remodel house, kitchen or bathroom there is many contractors to choose from but Surge home consepts is the company I would recommend based on my personal experience, their quality and professionalism is worth every penny, I wouldn’t look any further, if you want it done right go with them! Other than unforeseen weather related delays, the project went very well and finished within the planned timeframe. We are very pleased with everything.

It's not complete, but it's going along very well. The work so far is beautiful and working with Surge Home Concepts has been a pleasure. Even the discovery of old termite damage and black mold were handled swiftly and professionally. Surge Home Concepts came up with a unique solution for the location of the attic access that had been in one of the demolished closets (now the area of the guest shower).

I needed insulation for my bathroom, and I have trouble with sheetrock. They removed the sheetrock in a timely manner and kept the mess contained to the bathroom (and did a good job cleaning up after themselves) and they installed a granite countertop for my bathroom. Everything was done correctly, they showed up on time, and were friendly. For the price I payed I would definitely recommend their services and will be a returning customer for future projects. 10/10
