I shopped around before contacting them and I'm glad I did. Their service completely exceeded my expectations. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted, I just knew I wanted a smarter home. The sales lady was very knowledgeable. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so she offered me their starter package which was in my budget. A few days later, Marcel came out and installed my products. He was also very knowledgeable.  The installation took about an hour/hour and a half. He made sure I knew how to work all my products and answered all my questions. I am so happy I called Surround U!

Marcel did an excellent job with installing all of my smart home automation equipment i order online and my dishnetwork tv service. he walked me throughout the entire progress explained everything that he was doing. walked me throu every button on the remote. He was very professional. I recommend SurroundU Home Ent. services to everyone.
