"[Member name removed], I am not sure what happened, how did you contact me. What was the nature of the work to be done."
"[Member name removed], It was nice to work with you on your kitchen remodel. Sorry for the cabinets not working out the first run, installing the washing machine and dryer into a wall cabinet like we did is typically performed by custom cabinetry makers. The replacement was damaged in shipping, but some things are not within our control. Robbie works with us, the granite shop is a sister company Sustainable Marble and Granite. The cabinet installers have been replaced and Robbie is supervising all the installs now. Perfection is work in progress. Sad you mentioned no on the hire again. Can you post some pictures?"
"It was a pleasure working with you."
"Response to [member name removed] Angie’s List : Actually we were hired to do a 3D kitchen rendering consultation. We stayed there for long period of time to get the facts and measure to get the 3D rendering data. [Member name removed] would not give us a prospective budget or select materials; he said he wanted a plan that solved for the traffic issues with a clean and open slate. During our second meeting we reviewed the 3-D design with him and then he wanted to know how much it was going to be. Since we were specifically directed not to worry about the pricing we did not have a formal estimate prepared. We did however work out a rough order of magnitude budget on the spot. The alternate design that we were asked to explore was not in accordance with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) guidelines for an effective work triangle or work space. We could not professionally recommend or install such a configuration which was also communicated to the client. When we returned with the “rough Plan” we had completed the $100 dollar service. There is an apparent problem with communication with [member name removed] after the review came out we sent him the complete rendering through the message center: [Member name removed] 7/6/2014 We have this on our calendar for Tuesday July 8 @9am. any change, phone 704.544.7278, leave message or 843.693.8888 Sustainable Contractors 8/9/2014 It was nice talking to you. I will have your 3 d plan sent to you Monday. [Member name removed] 8/13/2014 Nice talking to you also, but....still no plan, no communication. What should I believe about Sustainable Contractors? Who in your company holds a General Contractors License? Just curious. Will we ever get what we paid for? More than curious. Sustainable Contractors 8/13/2014 Hi [Member name removed], This is Mike. I did send you the information on Saturday August 9 at 2:25pm. I just resent the same email, Please let me know that you received it. Have a good Evening. Mike Sustainable Contractors 8/13/2014 I am also forwarding the email that addressed the concerns about the alternate design and attached our standard cabinet doors. I sent that to you on 7/23/14 but did not hear back from you at that time. Did you receive it? This is the mail that I have been sending emails to: '[Member email removed]' Please let me know if I did not send them to the correct email address. Mike [Member name removed] 8/14/2014 Please resend a floor plan ONLY. That is what we need first. Before we choose etc. we need a design to improve traffic flow. This can be a two dimensional work product drawn to scale. Thanks, [Member name removed] Sustainable Contractors 8/15/2014 It is in the email that was sent to you in pdf format. Do you have a pdf reader installed on your computer. Mike CC me on the designs sent there should be no confusion. See attachment included. [Member name removed] Plan Elevation and Model.pdf (877KB) Yes, I have PDF reader. No, we have not received a PDF file at all from you. A two dimensional scaled plan showing location of appliances, pantry, cabinets, sink, laundry and eating area is fine. Thank you! [Member name removed] 8/15/2014 Disregard the previous email. The file just came up on my alternate email. Thank you Sustainable Contractors That’s my side of the story!"
"I went back to check my work that I personally did and it was good, the neighbor put some caulk on the pipe boot that typically does not need any caulk but it shouldn't hurt anything. There were no leaks found in the attic everything was tight and dry."
