Wood Shake or Composite Roofing - Repair
Since early January 2026 I have been trying to get Sustainable to fix a small leak above my patio. Four extra trips later, I believe it might be fixed. We will see with the next good rain. They water tested it with my garden hose and tracked mud in a large area on my I/O carpet and left the hose out of the "box" curled up partially in the mud. What a mess! May 28th, I believe, it rained a little and no dripping. Ok, now we are talking, after 5 months. Took until the 4th of June to get them here to clean up the mud and take care of the hose. Meanwhile, my patio ceiling is suffering more damage every time they say it's fixed when it clearly is not. Now I have mold and the water damage is spreading into other sections. Sustainable says the damage was already there and they have pictures. There was a square foot of peeling paint from when I got the house 7 years ago. No big deal. It's a big deal now!
I have sought and retained counsel. GET A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Roof was installed poorly. Verified by two inspectors. Sustainable KW has done nothing to fix it. Our roof began leaking a month after the install. Apparently they used the wrong nails and didn't put the nails in the right places (amongst other things). They have ghosted us. If they installed your roof you should get it inspected. Can not recommend.

We had our roof replaced along with having our existing solar panels (38) removed and reinstalled. It was very convenient to have one company that could do it all. In addition they were able to replace my old vinyl siding with hardiplank as well as fix the interior water damage to my sheetrock. Everything was completed professionally and at a cost that was competitive with other companies. Whenever I had a concern with my project, Sylvia was able to get it resolved quickly. I couldn't be happier with how this project came out. I was also impressed with the lifetime warranty on the singles and labor!

The entire experience was great, the sales team to the production managers and crew, they were so nice and helpful and explained the entire process beginning to end. I would recommend them for any type of home service, infact, I had them back out over a year later to provide insulation in .y attic space to save even more on my energy bills. Definitely worth a visit form these fine folks, the workmanship is stellar and the service is beyond any of my expectations, highly recommended!!

Sustainable KW, LLC came out to one of my rental properties and gave a honest evaluation of the condition, and found other areas of concern with the facia, sofit and siding. The sales rep was informed, educated and gave a prompt estimate for all repairs. Once the contract was signed, the office staff took over and the job progress moved steadily to completion within a few weeks from signed comtract. Hats off to Sylvia, Tatiana and the office admin team for a smooth procees and completion.

This is a great company that stands by their work. I had my roof done and it was done the same day! The crew worked efficiently and although it was messy, they did a great job cleaning up. I upgraded to the HDZ shingle which helped get a discount with my insurance. It is definitely worth it knowing I have a premium roof. I also had a repair on my siding done and it is seamless and can't even tell it was repaired. Thank you!
