About us
S & V Concrete began as a general work contractor in 2020, however prior to starting out this business there has been over 10 years that this entrepreneur has undertaken several challenging projects and gained skills, know-how and experiences in design and building solutions, including expertise in project management. Today, S & V Concrete takes on the role of main contractor for small and medium size projects residentially specializing in both in/outdoor concrete works (ex: patios, driveways, walkways, pavers, garage floors, r v pads, etc.) We incorporated landscaping as well as tree services in our repertoire Our vision is to be a respectable general contractor company that continues to prove our work is trustworthy and will carry on and expand as we distinguish our work among others for years to come.

"the owner he said he gonna take care the train before we pour the concrete. he told us he take care that. and when the day ready to pour he doesn't do nothing. and I told him it's late do to the train because concrete truck it's over there. and we make the slope by the garage for the water outside. it's not our fault it's him because he told us before pour he gonna take care that. But we do a good job for him. they misunderstood because we talked about it.and also he didn't tell us we put a bolt we just only pour concrete if they need anything else it's supposed to let us know before pour. and also the garage going wrong because he don't like to inspector. he wants to do by himself. we in the same page for everything. I don't know what they talking about. I keep telling him the foundation it's wrong.we gonna to it for the right way. it's not my fault it's him. we need to be careful something you at different over there during the work. and write different for review. mostly I tell the owner we need a inspector from the city to come take a look. and he said he don't want a inspector let go ahead and do the work."
"The concrete work we did was good, I apologized to the homeowner and I will return to fix the front yard due to the heavy concrete truck crossing thru to pour. The front yard will be repaired by this spring. Appreciate the homeowners patience and understanding."
