I had problems with my wireless devices constantly dropping off the network. Bestbuy Geeksquad came out few months ago and upgraded the modem and wireless router in my office. However, that did not solve the problem. Luckily I called SVC. After half an hour of troubleshooting with Wade over the phone, he was able to quickly locate the problem and put me on the schedule. The team were on time and came prepared. They were able to replace the internet line between my house and the street.

After a recent break-in at my business in Kent, I discovered none of my wireless Alro camera recorded any footage at the night of the incident. I called 5 local companies and received only 2 estimates in a timely manner. Wade was the only person that returned my call on the same day and came out the next day to look at the building. He showed me jammers that are available to the public that can easily be used to disable the security systems. I am very happy with the system and service provided by SVC. I decided to work with SVC because they are professional, prepared, fast and more importantly honest. They were able to fit me in on their schedule the following week and installed 26 cameras inside my warehouse in 3 days. Stop wasting time and money on the wireless camera systems.
