All floors cleaned best I ever had. Price was fair--about $90 more than the $139 special discount with Angie's List. However, when I tried to enlist vendor to clean our HOA clubhouse carpeted great room later, he did not show in spite of several attempts on my part to get him to do so.

The technician that came to our house was right on time. He was very courteous and professional. He was done cleaning our couch, love seat and large shag rug in under 2 hours. All items were in storage for 4 months until we moved into our new house they had got dirty during the move plus needed to be freshened up. I paid under $200 and was very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend and use again!

It was excellent. They were helpful. They had information on the content of the rug that helped in cleaning. They knew their business. I shared the information. I even referred them to a couple of friends.

Excellent! We had two large rooms and a hallway cleaned. Arrived right on time. We were very impressed right away when Ro (business owner) came in and first did a walk-through to assess where the stains were and then discussed with us what had happened with our dog (she had been very sick and so we had a lot of urine stains in the living room, ugh). We also had some spots in the master bedroom that were there from the previous homeowners, and another carpet cleaning service had been unable to get them up. We had no idea what they were but they were brown and ugly. After doing the survery of the carpets, Ro made up the cleaning solution specific to our carpets, and went to work. The results were transformative. Not only was he able to address the issue in our living room but he removed a lot of the unknown stain in the bedroom. The carpets look wonderful and the awful urine smell is GONE. Also the carpets were only slightly damp, he got about 90% of the moisture up. We are not in a position at this time to replace all this carpet and to have it cleaned and smelling fresh again is such a relief. It is obvious that this company is dedicated to finding out what the customer's needs are and doing everything they can to make sure they meet them. We will absolutely use Swan Floor Care again and I highly recommend them.

We have a pet and our carpets were very soiled. We thought we would have to replace them. They cleaned the carpets very well and came in right at the estimate they gave us. They even through in couple other rooms. We are extremely happy! I would definitely recommend them.

We never that the bonus room carpet could look this great, but they exceeded any and all expectations. The sectional couch looks like new! A++++ service and professionalism!!! I will be referring them to all of my friends!

I must have not thought the price was outrageous because I had them come back. I would use them in the future.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Swan Floor Care.  They forewarned us of some areas of carpet that would probably not come completely clean, and they were right.  But I am not complaining.  They provided excellent cleaning over the rest of the areas and they were quick and thorough.  They were also punctual and professional.  I will definitely use them again. <br />

They did an outstanding job in one of the rooms, where they spent extra time making sure to get a few spots out. The two other rooms were average, as numerous spots remained. Surprisingly, I don't recall their mentioning their inability to get the spots out when the left my house. Also, they were supposed to clean the carpet in a short hallway, but it was obviously not cleaned at all. <br /> Of note, it appears they do not vacuum before they clean the carpets. So, where I had any pieces of solid material on the carpet (think stray popcorn kernels and the like), it remained when they left (though it was pushed to the edges). <br /> I guess I expected more: <br /> 1. A thorough vacuuming first so the full floor of the room was clean <br /> 2. Spot removal in all rooms, or comments about where/why they were unable to remove spots <br /> 3. Consistent performance from one room to the next. It seemed they were focused on making the "nicest"/"most important" room look good, but didn't care as much about the rooms that are less high profile in the house. <br /> If you hire them, my recommendations: <br /> 1. Be sure to walk through and discuss your needs before, and walkthrough with them after as well to ensure satisfaction <br /> 2. They obviously take pride in their work and were extremely professional and efficient. As long as you are able to establish clear expectations up front, I believe you won't be disappointed. <br />

It was good and bad. The carpet looks nice. It was clean. You could tell it was fresh however there were pieces of grass on it. I couldn't tell where it came from. The guy was really nice. The carpet looked good. It was a little disconcerting thinking you're getting a clean carpet and having the grass on it. I thought the price was good.

Floors looked fantastic. Ro removed several layers of wax and floors looked new again. Very professional. <br />

<p>Excellent! </p> <p>I could not believe a carpet 5 years old (subjected to kids, cats and dogs) could look and smell so fresh. </p> <p>He did an unbelievable job and was very easy to reach by phone.. Quickly returns calls if he should miss you. </p> <p>Actually had a cancellation and was able to move my appointment up a few days </p> <p>He has an extensive knowledge of carpet given 15 years on the other side of sales. He will explain and answer any questions about the process (I learned there is a lot to doing it right) </p> <p>He takes pride in his work!
