Honest, professional, prompt company that offers great service. During a bad storm on a Friday night I noticed a small leak. Saturday, I reached out to a few companies to get estimates. S.W.A.T Roofing and Consulting was able to fit me in that day. After investigating the roof they informed me that it was a minor fix. They offered to repair it for a small fee. I appreciate they didn't try to take advantage of the situation and talk me into purchasing a whole new roof. Thank you, Matt & Team. I will definitely be reaching out to S.W.A.T again in the future.

SWAT came out and replaced my roof in 1 day. They did a wonderful job. After the roof was done, the workers cleaned our entire yard, front and back. The roof looks amazing. Our insurance company only wanted to pay $2800 but SWAT worked with my insurance company and got my whole roof covered.( $6600) Wonderful service, and employees were polite and helpful. Wonderful company. The owner came out and personally spoke with me. He made sure everything I wanted was done, and done right. Absolutely recommend SWAT

The guy that came to look at our problem was very polite and helpful. He arrived on time and was dead on in figuring out what was wrong. We felt very comfortable talking to him and he was very open and honest. They sent someone to get the job done that same week and we haven't had any problems since. We gave my sister their number and they helped her get her entire roof replaced for free. I haven't had many dealings with other roofing companies but we were very pleased with their work and service.

Living in NC I was in need of some gutter repair on a home I have in Akron, OH. Checking the Akron BBB website I came across S.W.A.T. Roofing. On Friday Oct 26, 2018 I called the number and got voicemail. Without leaving a message I was surprised to get a call the following Monday from SWAT. I called four contractors and SWAT were the only ones to call me. I explained my needs and was told they would get out to the house and take a look. Long story short… they completed the job quickly, accurately and at a fair price. I would recommend and use them again.

Jonathan arrived right on time and was very professional, friendly and courteous throughout the visit. Although they were unable to find the exact source of the leak (something I understand would be very difficult to do) they put down calk on the most likely targets. We had rain several days later and nary a drop of water. Jonathan gave me a substantial break on the price as they performed, in his opinion, only minor work. His courteousness and professionalism alone would make me not hesitate to recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

Great. Had a roof with hail damage and Guy helped with putting the claim through insurance and with the replacement of the roof. Tear off and replacement was completed in 1 day and new roof looks great. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a new roof. Guy and SWAT Roofing were excellent.

At first I was skeptical when they knocked on my door after a hail storm. They promised me a complete tear off and roof replacement. My roof sustained a lot of damage From The Storm. They took a little longer than expected to do the job, however it was worth the wait. I received an upgrade on my roof and it looks incredible.

Guy was great working with. He came every day to check that everything was going good and answered all our questions. This was an insurance claim because of hail damage. He worked with our insurance company and we now have a great new roof. Carlos and his crew were very professional, and worked from 7 am until almost 8 pm. The first day. Finished and cleaned up everything by 3pm the next day. Very happy with the service.

My ridge vent torn off during a recent storm. The owner answered my call and had the repair completed within 24 hours. They also checked the rest of my roof for damage and sealed up gaps around my vents. Great company with fast professional service.

I asked SWAT for an estimate on the replacement of the roof on my house. After inspecting it, Johnathan, the owner, gave me an estimate but said he didn't think it needed to be replaced this year. After doing the work described, the roofs on my house and garage have another 2-3 yrs. of life. I couldn't be more grateful.
