I am very saddened to write this review as I personally liked Jasmina and she did fairly good job cleaning my house. Unfortunately it turns out she and the team have been stealing from me. It first started with small things missing in my home. I convinced myself that I must have misplaced them. One of the items was an expensive purse that I only used in the summer. So by the time I noticed it was missing it had been several months since I had used it and I couldn't prove how it had walked out of my house. However, last week my custom made diamond necklace and matching diamond earrings were missing from my jewelry box. I had just worn them a week before they went missing to a party. Jasmina was the only person that had been in my house since I had gone to the party and noticed the jewelry gone. In addition to the jewelry there were a couple of personal items missing. Jasmina is a good housekeeper however, from my experience she cannot be trusted.

I am 100% satisfied. They send the same ladies every time. I have left the house and left them there and nothing came up missing. I had to go to the hospital for surgery for about 2 weeks. When I came back the house looked clean to me.

They are friendly and personable, but had some trouble keeping scheduled appointments. The inconsistency led us to choose another service. As a one-time cleaning crew, I would hire them again, but not as a regularly scheduled service.

My team arrived promptly and worked hard to make my house spic and span in preparation for my house guests the following week. It would have taken me a long to accomplish what they did in just a few hours. I was very pleased with their results and would hire Sweet Dreams again.

Horrible-Probably Bait and Switch After leaving three messages with no response, I got a call from Jasmine. We agreed on a date and time. She and a assistant showed up 30 minutes late. Immediately Jasmine insisted that I did not want the package that I signed up for and said it was "angie's list fault for misleading the ad, and that the price was $249 instead of the $104 as listed". She gave me a description, i.e. clean billboard, windowsills inside oven and refrigerator and all the other things that were listed. I returned home to find that except for the kitchen, it was apparent that the job was not well done. I called Jasmine to discuss the issues, she said she couldn't remember me and ask my race, I declined but gave her information about address and location. She remembered, "she said her assistant did not show up, she would call to set a date to redo because a customer is always right" needless to say I did not get a call and my call was never returned. I will request that my fees be returned I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, perhaps that will prevent others from the issues.

Service was not good. Some parts of home they didn't cleaned well. They said hurried things to complete it. I will not hire them again and will not recommend them to anybody.

"Miss Nega you did hire them to clean your empty apartment but you wanted a deep clean you wanted them and washed all that baseboards you want it cleaned inside the kitchen cabinets you want to clean the fridgerator inside the freezer and on that price hundred and $9 it's just a regular cleaning you should have read the directions when you bought the plan that plan says cleaning of your surfaces disinfecting and picking up trash but you wanted a deep cleaning I deeply apologize if you are not happy with your job but you personally said to the girls that you were very happy and gave them each $20 tips have a nice day and I apologize that we cannot make everybody happy we do our best to try"

Lock up your valuables. I was very disappointed and saddened to discover that irreplaceable jewelry and other items had been taken from my home by these people. I felt she (or her helper) took advantage of my situation. I filed a police report and reported them to Angie's List. It's discouraging to pay a lot of money to someone who also steals from you. As far as cleaning, she did a good job and I have no complaints. But BE WARNED; this company might steal from you.

When they came out the second time we agreed on $120 but when she got here she wanted $140. She was a little late but not too bad. She brought her son with her this time and she wanted to charge me based on the work he did as well; which was not much.
