I am waiting for him to come back out to put in a dryer vent and there's a gap (2"x2") near the water line that comes out of the wall. I wish he had brought these things to my attention as the restricted airflow to my newer dryer is not good for it and wish he had communicated more clearly about this.

They were fantastic. Price was amazing. Everything was done professionally. They inspected by the end of the job.They just very dedicated. Very informative about everything we're able to do. Very educated on what was possible and what was not possible. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody. He was able to bring all of my ideas and we were very happy with the result.

Absolutely wonderful. The guy that I was working with, Alex, was great. He was always available when I needed him. If I thought there was an issue he was available. His guys did a tremendous job. They came in, did the work and cleaned up afterwards. The bathroom just looks immaculate.

The owner, Alex, is very good at what he does. He shows up on time and is very nice and very honest. He came to the jobsite whenever I needed him to and helped with anything I needed. He is very hands on in making sure all of the work got done and made sure I was satisfied with the work completed. The people he employs are very nice and everybody knew what they were doing. The whole project was an easy process. Everyone who was at my home was very polite, they even asked prior to playing music. They are a very nice family owned company. Karen, the mother, coordinates all of the scheduling and appointments, is very nice and helpful as well. They guarantee their work and Alex is great about communication. The whole team is pleasant to be around and everyone has a great attitude.

They were very prompt in replying to all of our phone calls. Alex was very upfront, and knowledgable. His crew was happy, and they worked very well together. They were also efficient and cleaned up every day. They were very quick to touch up any spots that they missed, and welcomed our feedback. Every time I reached out to Alex, he always responded.

I was notified exactly when they would start and who would be on site. The owner, Alex, was awesome and came every day to make sure the crew was on task, and to check in with me. It took two days to finish the job. I liked the interaction and the work.

The project quote to begin with was $6,040 and 8-10 working days to complete. The actual project was complete 16 days later and the current total is $14,165. Nothing about the original scope of work that was requested ever changed during the time of the project. However, the price more than doubled. The workers on site were not careful or respectful and caused damage. The project manager (Alex Jacquiss) was unprofessional and confrontational when questioned.

"I would like to start by saying that, this client didn't contact Sweet Home Services through Angie's list but, through a very good reference of a very satisfied client who gave her our numbers to contact us. Regarding her allegations about the final invoice, I can only say that after she asked during the contract for more and more extra items she now expects to pay to Sweet Home Services the original amount that she mentioned, without paying for the extra items requested and, now she refuses to pay for the extra items that she added to the contract. Regarding the extra time that it took us to complete the project, of course it took us longer to complete the project since she kept asking for more work done. Regarding the workers, it is the same professional personnel that have worked for us for many years and, always received very good complements after every contract they finish. Regarding my professionalism, I think that my reviews and referrals speak for themselves about me during my 24 years of experience in the business. I want to close by saying that this is a client that expects to get away without paying what she owes to Sweet Home Services for all the home improvements performed to the property."
