Job not done paid $2150. Work incomplete and one dead bush. Grass growing in everywhere through the mulch. Bed was cut out with tiller to remove grass and that’s not how you remove sod for a bed. Mulch is very thin and bed looks terrible. I could have done this myself for under a $1,000 correctly. Owner refuses to fix job and complete job. She took my money and blocks my calls. Really a business blocking a customer for unsatisfied work. I would not recommend this company as she is not qualified for the money she charges. My driveway has black marks all over from the wheelbarrow and won’t remove from a garden hose or rain.

"You are not owed a refund because you cancelled services for absolutely no reason whatsoever. We were actively in the middle of our second contract. No matter how many bad reviews you post, I will continue to stand up for myself. If I was so horrible please file in court. You won’t because you breached your own contract. Please stop writing me. Now you’re trying to force me to return by smearing my work when you robbed me of the opportunity to complete the work because you didn’t want to pay me for a delivery fee of over 3000 lbs of sod that you already agreed to. Like I said- normally I would return and resolve any issues or concerns but no, not only have you been stalking me and painting it as a disgruntled client but you won’t stop booking on my website. You’ve booked four times immediately after I cancel your appointments! Please leave me alone. Contract law trumps all these lies. Defamatory statements is another thing as well. Everything was fine, the contract never changed, YOU wanted to recalculate things and asked me for a labor rate you disagreed with. That was it. I didn’t do you wrong. You even added to the first invoice of the garden bed with more mulch and plants that I was bringing upon return! Please stop trying to paint me out to be a bad person when you first hand witnessed my humility and diligence. Just because im a woman doesn’t mean I have to accept your disrespect! I don’t care who you are. Also- stop calling me from your job or I’ll call them again too and let them know what you do on company time and your wife will find out about your obsession with me. It’s excessive. You’ve left your reviews now leave. There will be no refund from this company ever."

Sweet T’s Thumb did an awesome job installing the sod in our backyard. She is very meticulous, professional, and communicated with us during the whole process. She also fixed a portion of our front retaining wall that was sinking. It looks great. I would highly recommend Sweet T’s Thumb for any of your landscaping needs.

Ms. T is absolutely one of the best in the business, and you will find her punctual professional and thorough in her service. The two points that sold me was one, she contacted me immediately upon request, and two, she provided upfront digital future design options. Tanyqua is incredibly dedicated to her work and is so easy to work with. She had some challenges come up from our yard that were outside of her control but she responded to them with poise, professionalism and a determination to make it all happen and come together. We so enjoyed working with her and hope to do so again soon.
