Walter was very professional and very knowledgeable with our 4 point inspection. He was efficient, on time, and is a great communicator. He is easy to work with and very helpful as well. I would hire him again!

Our pro was on time for the appointment. He was very cordial and helpful in answering our questions. He performed his tasks efficiently and in a knowledgeable manner.

Do not hire this inspector. He does not work professionally and performs shoddy work; he fails to thoroughly check everything. He charges the same rates as other inspectors who actually are professionals, yet do not you dare ask to see his license, or he will threaten to take you to court. Furthermore, if you complain about the poor quality of his work, he will threaten you with his lawyer. This was the worst experience of my life. Having exposed wires in a microwave poses a danger; it could cause a fire. 4/2/2026 updated -- 1-Do not hire this inspector's services; it is the worst inspection? A mere 5-minute walkthrough. He did not inspect the roof, failed to mention the age of the air conditioning unit, and did not even verify that there was hot water at every sink. He also failed to notice that the clothes dryer was not working. When we attempted to make the payment, Chase Bank advised us to ensure that we were dealing with a legitimate company; consequently, we asked him for his license number. In response, he threatened to take us to court if we did not pay him, warning that we would then be unable to purchase the house. His company claims to have 20 years of experience, but if you read the fine print carefully, it actually states only 7 years of experience

Walter explained everything that I had questions about in the home. This included water intrusion from window installation done by Home Depot.

Yes, he found issues that needed fixing. They were all documented in a report with photos. My only beef was the numerous mis-spelled words in the report. I would hire this company again.

Not present for home inspection but photos provided along with inspection report are nice. Suggested improvement to contractor is to add more verbiage as to issues and recommended resolution including references to licensed and fully insured contractors to perform whatever needs resolution.
