The installation crew was great, they were quick honest and sharp at what they do. They installed a full on new system; condenser, heater ducts, all that good stuff! Schematic execution start to finish. Everything is clean secure and finished looking. They were the best price out of 5 estimates as well. They stand behind their work. Quality product. Cold and quiet, I think i'm staying home more often now.

We chose Southwest HVAC because they offered the best equipment and were happy to install a heat pump for us. They did all they promised, and installation took two days - gas furnace in the attic, heat pump in a new location, new ducts. They were very professional. Julio has been very responsive and is now being helpful with rebate forms.

Although there was some confusion about the price of the repair, the repair was made promptly and the confusion was remedied. Very professional!

I have the work completed. I think the air conditining is working okay, and sometimes it's heating hotter than what I set. It didn't seems as though ones in the office or the sales were really communicating that well with the men that were actually doing the work. there were just a few minor things, like they would say they'll come out on Saturday, but the workers would say they don't work on Saturdays. And there were a couple of delays that was unexpected, on getting the work completed.

great experience except they forgot the vacuum cleaner at final cleanup.

financial agreement was with the Company. To my surprise a Banck took the loan. I did not request a loan. I was going to pay this in cash. The Agent said I would spead the payments out to them for 6 months with no interest. I did not supply information for a Bank Loan. I was very unset when I received the information from the bank. Thank you.

I highly recommend Southwest HVAC! Julio went above and beyond the call of duty with our job. Outstanding customer service and excellent communication. The guys who did the installation did a great job too. The inspector said, "Everything is perfect." (We had them install air conditioning and put a new furnace in our attic--the old one was in a downstairs closet). Very happy customer.

In June 2010, Southwest won my HVAC install job over four other companies (One, AAA, never showed up to bid - nice). They were competitively priced (10% lower than the next closest bid), offered the best warranty, were on time every day (bid, remove old system, install days and followup) and did everything promised from cleaning up after day one's work, to staying until the job was finished into the evening of day two. My contact, Julio, explained everything every step of the way and answered every question I had. I am very satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend them.
