I absolutely LOVED working with Bethany and Matt on my new cabinets! I went to many different cabinet builders prior to visiting S&W and was underwhelmed by their customer service. S&W not only had my dream cabinets but Bethany was such a joy to work with. She is pleasant, thorough and knows her cabinets! Matt is an absolute craftsman at installing cabinets, he was able to compensate so much for my uneven walls and ceilings, it all came out seamless. My kitchen came out better than I could have dreamed!

They have the experience and the industry relationships to navigate permitting, scheduling, installation and project closeout efficiently and complete. Cathy Hadley, our project designer, did a great job making our ideas into reality and our project superintendent, Adam Rivera, made sure the project stayed on schedule and done right. They did a great job keeping me informed on progress, issues discovered during construction because of the age of the house and presenting cost effective solutions to address those issues in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule and deliver a great finished product.

Here’s a polished version that keeps the honest context while still feeling warm, appreciative, and strongly five-star: Our kitchen renovation started out a bit rocky with the original project manager and superintendent. Communication was inconsistent, questions often went unanswered, and unfortunately some items were either ordered incorrectly or not ordered at all. We also had workmanship issues that we had to repeatedly point out during the process. That said, once Lacie stepped in, everything changed. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication, and genuine care for making sure the project was completed correctly and beautifully completely turned the experience around. Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
We were looking for a designer/contractor to provide a refresh on our recently purchased New Smyrna Beach condo. From our initial consultation with Longwood Project Designer Mayerlin, it was clear that we had selected a winner. Mayerlin listened to our vision of what we imagined for our new beach home. Moving forward through the design phase, Mayerlin and her design assistant, Chesleigh, created a comprehensive plan including pre-construction to complete remodel architectural quality floorplans and elevations. Mayerlin presented choices for all necessary materials and with her guidance we made our final selections. The Project Construction Manager, Tim, handled the flow of work and coordination of subs as a true professional. Tim was always responsive to our questions and concerns. And Mayerlin was always following up in the field as the as the project went from demolition to completion. The finished result is stunning and exceeded our pre-construction vision.

My wife and I recently finished our first full home remodel through S&W kitchens. Justin was a wonderful interior designer. He treated our house with as much care as his own and helped us bring our dreams to reality. When moving back in we couldn’t believe the transformation as the space was given a whole new life. Larissa and Mike were an amazing team. Larissa provided exceptional service transforming the 1960s bathroom into a 21st century bathroom. She helped navigate the insurance claim system assisting in the release of funds. I cannot say enough kind words about Mike. He provided professional oversight, and handled all unforeseen issues immediately. His ability to communicate schedules and potential issues alleviated any stress during the remodeling. We live in Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey, and our home was flooded badly in Hurricane Helene in Sept/2024. Our neighbor used S & W Kitchens to remodel their kitchen and RAVED about how wonderful they were to work with. We decided to give them a try, and I made an appointment in the showroom in Palm Harbor. The showroom was lovely and the cabinet selections that they had were amazing! They had beautiful countertops and other fixtures to choose from. I’ve never seen a collection of backsplashes like they had. We were immediately HOOKED. We made our selections and signed the contract! Gina was our designer, and she was wonderful! She is so creative and easy to deal with. She answered any questions that we had very quickly. Alex was the project manager who was involved in the day-to-day operations. Every Monday morning (early), we would have an email from him of the entire schedule for the week, so we knew exactly what to expect. We really liked that! The workers were top-notch! The finished project was perfection, we absolutely LOVE IT. If you’re looking for a kitchen remodel, give them a call! You’ll be glad you did!

Justin our designer was awesome to work with along with the Super Carlos and all the other workers who did the remodel. Both bathrooms turned out better than we could have imagined. We worked with S&W kitchens to remodel our kitchen. Luckily it was taking them WAY longer than they said it should because then the hurricane hit. We then contracted with them to fix the flood damage. The project went so badly that we told them not to do the bathroom. We just wanted them out of our house. They take on WAY too many projects and then don't have the subs to do the work. I thought it was because of the flood but the subs we spoke to said they ALWAYS do that. We live on the beach but most of the subs live on the east side of Tampa. Therefore they told us they couldn't be here before 10am. Then they left at 3. I suppose they didn't want to hit rush hour. The subs took no pride in their work. I'm sure if they were doing the same thing to their house it would be done right. The designer that we worked with "Joanne" said she had been designing kitchens for years but she actually had no idea how to do it. The appliance and cabinet doors slam into each other and can't be open at the same time. We had asked to have certain things done and when it was installed we asked why it wasn't to our specifications she said well that is standard. She lengthened the island 18" on her own then when it was being installed she said yes she changed it but it was on the plans. Is the homeowner supposed to go around reading updated plans? When we complained to her after installation of all these things she never even said "I'm sorry." The floors in the kitchen were not leveled before putting the lament down so there are soft spots. I'm told that will shorten the life of the flooring. Because of all of this, instead of being happy and excited with the kitchen and the rest of the house the joy was taken out of it because of all the problems. All in all a very horrible anxiety ridden project with little or no customer service.

Reliable, Professional, and Talented We hired Larissa Hicks from S&W Kitchens back in 2020 to design our kitchen and bathrooms. She was amazing to work with—creative, professional, and truly attentive to what we wanted. The results were stunning and made our house feel like a dream home. Sadly, after Hurricane Helene caused severe flooding, we had to gut and restore everything. Larissa and her team stepped up immediately. They had all the original plans and measurements, which made it incredibly easy to reorder materials. She even helped us make some smart design tweaks the second time around. We were planning to sell the house once the remodel was complete—but the finished product was so beautiful, we decided to stay. Larissa is reliable, detail-oriented, and makes the entire renovation process easier and less stressful. I highly recommend her and S&W Kitchens to anyone needing top-quality design and renovation help.

A Dream Design Experience w/ Lacie Rice! Working with Lacie Rice and S & W Kitchens was one of the best decisions I've made for my home. She completely transformed my bathroom and living/dining area. Lacie took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, then elevated it in a way I never could have imagined. The bathroom she designed feels like a spa! Clean, modern and completely in line with my personal style. Every finish, fixture, and layout choice was spot-on. It's become one of my favorite places to relax and unwind. Almost don't even want to share their name so I can have them all to myself! Rosemarie and David were awesome together! They had really good response times to my texts and calls. They did the work really quickly so you aren't without for extra time that you see with other companies. You'll pay a little bit more but it's worth it with this company. I promise! I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going.
