Travis and his crew were very professional. They helped me choose colors for home and I loved it. I trusted Travis with my job and it payed off. I will definitely recommend his company to any one I know that needs painting done.

Messy, dusty; no cleanup. Didn't follow-up for other estimates. Didn't complete areas that were hard to see without climbing up. When they caused another area to be painted because trim tape stuck, I offered and paid extra.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]. We are sorry for mediocre experience. We are not sure where the miscommunication occurred. For when we we left you loved everything we did and said you wanted us to paint other areas in your home but didn’t have the funds as of yet. I would like to clear up the messy and dusty comment for you and future clients.. when repairing holes in an open area concept.. there is no way contain the dust 100%.. we covered what we could and tried to clean up after ourselves.. this was a very small job.. we repaired a hole and painted it.. painted the trim in your room.. and painted a small toilet room and tried to give it an accent wall. The paint was very old so when we used our frog tape to create a neat line in a small space it removed the older paint causing us to have to paint the toilet room one color instead of the accent color that your wife wanted. There was no way for us to know that would happen. We always take care of our customers and give them what they want. You asked to use our discount at SW and now you can purchase paint for an extremely relatively low price .. that is what we do. We take care of our customers.. we wish that you would have reached out to us first.. before taking your frustrations out on us thru our review section where we create a living for our family. This was a very small job that didn’t have any hard to reach places.. so if there was something missed it was not intentionally and we could have taken care of it easily"

Loved this crew . Ashley and Travis worked very efficiently ! They answered all my questions lol I’m a very precise person especially for what I want . Travis and his team were phenomenal! He was always available for questions and very carefully (and patiently) explained options, pricing and process. His team was extremely professional and made sure to clean up very well. The job did not extend beyond the expected duration and even after completion, Travis was happy to come back, inspect and correct any areas that were pointed out. His workmanship is top notch and I would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.
