Quick response and got the job done one, two, three. Very easy and pleasant experience.

I called the owner and asked him if he could fix an i existing smoke detector and install a new one. He said that the price would be around $150 2 employess did the work in about 20 minutes. I was charged $243. I called the owner again and asked if he could come back and fix the smoke detector that was supposedly fixed before. The employee came again to the house and decided that I need a new smoke detector. He installed it in about 10 minutes. The owner advised me that again it will cost me $243. I was able to get him to reduce it to $216. So both jobs that took less than hour to complete I was charged over $400.

Jim and his team are fantastic!!! They installed surround sound speakers in all our rooms. Jim recommended the best TVs for us and the space they were going in to. We have a lot of TVs! Jim got us set up for Pandora, Roku and Apple TV. We have used him for over twenty years. He has serviced our mothers and sister, as well as three homes over these 20 years. If we ever have a problem navigating through a system, Jim either comes out or walks us through over the phone. Day or night, weekends ( he works way too much) he literally is a call away. Jim has also put in home camera security systems and doorbells. We think he’s one of the last unicorns with such sterling work ethic and simply a great guy to do business with

Not good! Jim Huerter was very stiff and unlikeable! He came to install my DVD Recorder (13 minutes late BTW). After being there for nearly 30 minutes, he told me he couldn't complete the job because my Cable Box wasn't compatible. He told me he could have a piece to make it work completely in a couple of days. It's been almost 2 weeks and as of this morning, won't reply to my message. The fee was supposed to be $50 an hour plus any materials. He was gone in 40 minutes, charged me $75, and like I said, never came back to finish the job!!!
