Synergy Fence Company

Badly. Work was shoddy and clean up was not done. Wrong hardware used, poor quality wood used. Owner has for almost 4 months now offered to refund my money and asked me to get someone else to fix the work. I did that. Used a handyman who did great work at half the cost. I have never seen a refund nor can I get the owner to return my calls to resolve this. No response to emails, phone calls.

please spread the work about Synergy Fence Company, Mooresville, NC this is what happend to us. Sonna visited them yesterday.I had a three time no show to install my fence. I asked for a refund of the $1,800. I was to have it within 10 business days. It has been a month now since then. I was told it was certified mail. Did not get it after a week. Called, texted, emailed not until a week they tell me that it was mailed to the wrong address. They will resend it and send me tracking number. Did not get it again after a week. IT's 10/6/2017 now. Will go to their office to get a check before going to the BBB and NC Attorney General's Office then to court. This is not how to run a business. I cannot sleep and this is stressful. Is this what you want to deal with? Drove to Synergy before lunch today, office was closed on a Friday. Another lady drove up and wanted to see them as well. She had been going by daily looking for her money as well. Went to a merchant along their strip of businesses to ask about Synergy, they said many people are looking for the Jenson's for their money as well. Not a good feeling. Already contacted BBB, they stated that 2 complaints that were resolved for construction issues, 3 complaints not resolved for construction issues and 3 complaints for money issues no response from the business. I contacted the NC Attorney General Office and several TV stations. Next to the newspapers. Praise GOD that he will be the true JUDGE. This is what the BBB had on their site. Paid for the fence at the beginning of June. today 8/29 was the 4th time I was scheduled and no one came. I called the and told them I either want my fence build by end of week or my money back. Have not heard back yet.

Deposit was given and finally after a rabbit trail of lies I found out that the fence was never ordered.

In the end, we were pleased. My only critique is how long the process took (from order to installation), and we were not kept in the loop. The company can improve its process and communications efforts.

They are very prompt. Came over next day to measure & give estimate. They ordered all materials & installed railing. It looks fabulous & their price is fabulous. Everything was excellent!
