Arrived on time, answered all my questions - did not lose patience with me (I ask A LOT of questions). Very professional - I've worked with more than a few home inspection companies - Cesar is by far my favorite,. A+!

Cesar Vergara was fantastic showed up on time with all the proper equipment to get the job done right and fast. Very professional and thorough took his time to make sure everything was done according to code. Also made it a point to answer all my questions with great detail, going above and beyond what was asked. Provided all the right paperwork for the lenders and the VA. also has online bill pay so that I did not have to carry cash with me. would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

It went fine. Cesar communicated well. He examined the structure of the building as well as the inside of the unit. He noticed small items, such as a vertical blind that would not open, as well as examinng the major appliances, HVAC, water heater and the like. He was at the location for just over an hour, and followed up with a thorough report.

This inspector was absolutely awful. I was a first time home buyer and practically begged him to be thorough. He missed thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of deficiencies and damages. Many of these caused safety issues. He did feel comfortable talking on the phone through the entire inspection while glossing over my cracked chimney, broken plumbing, cracked foundation, leaks in my roof, broken air conditioner, broken deck, faulty irrigation system, faulty electrical, and several other items that weren't up to code and were flat out deficient. When I contacted him, his response was well gosh, I must have been having a bad day and hung up on me. Unless you really know how to spot the things he will no doubt miss and are getting a steal on your house to make the repairs worth it, you're likely to find yourself up a creek after using this guy. Good thing his friends and pest control customers hopped on here and gave him a good review. My mistake for taking the review as credible. BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY.

Inspection went well.  Systeco was brought along with my main inspector (who was fantastic).  He kind of showed up and started inspecting, but didn't introduce himself or say hello.  The report was needed quickly due to a inspection deadline from our seller.  However after 24 hours had gone by, I called and asked.  I was told that the report would be sent within an hour.  By the next morning, still no report, and after three more phone calls, he finally sent the report an hour after speaking with me. <br /> The report showed up and was very basic.  It only discussed the issues and did not let us know what else was inspected.  For us, this was critical because we had an area of interest that we needed to know about that was not included in the report.  This meant that we didn't know if it was missed in the inspection or checked out as okay. <br /> I would not recommend this provider.  <br /> <br /> <br />

Ceasar did home new home Termite and WDO inspection.  He did a fine job of being thorough and taking his time.  My home report was emailed to me on the spot.  If this home contract falls through I would surely use him again.  You will not be dissatisfied if you use him.  I did not submit a review on price because I did not conduct a review on what it would cost.  It was $90 and I consider that fair for an hour of a professionals time. <br />

Cesar was early, and got started right away. He was very thorough, and gave us a brief detail of what his report would include. As promised, he got our inspection report back to us the following day. I arrived at the location and Cesar was already there ahead of time and the Seller's Realtor had got him started.  He did a very thorough inspection, checking every outlet and tile in the house.  This was a ton of work and it was incredibly hot out, but he still got on the roof and attic and went above and beyond.  I have confidence in buying this house now because I know it was inspected so well.  I added the Wind Mitigation inspection as the results pay for themselves in lower Homeowner's Insurance.  Even if you already own your home, it's worth your while to have him come out and do the Wind Mitigation inspection.

Cesar was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived performed a very thorough inspection of the home. I was glad to have a separate WDO expert look at the home instead of a "do it all" home inspector. He spent a good deal of time looking through the home and was excellent at explaining any issues he found and discussing options for termite and pest prevention and treatment in the future. He prepared the report on the spot with his iPad and e-mailed it to me before he left. All in all an excellent experience and I am considering using his company for regular pest service once we move in to the home.
