The service was fine and they came soon after I purchased the deal. Two housecleaners came out. I do remember that it was not very clean afterward.

Be warned. There is a reason why Tabby Cleaning has negative reviews on Angie?s List. Do not use them. I called them on a Wednesday, looking for someone to come to my new house before the weekend to do a deep clean. Despite the negative reviews, I booked them because they were able to come out the next day. We discussed, in detail, everything that would be done. For $165, I expected my empty home to be cleaned top to bottom. I waited for them at the house, but they were running very late so I had to leave the check on the counter and a key for them. I wanted to be there to discuss everything in person, but I couldn?t wait all day. I was extremely disappointed when I went to the house that night to discover the counters were dirty, only some cabinets were cleaned out, some light fixtures were not to touched and overall a deep clean was not completed. It took a day to get a hold of Tabitha, but she ensured me that she would send out a crew on Saturday evening to complete the job. My husband and I waited at our new and empty house for hours, and they never showed up. I called a couple times, with no response. The next day I ended up finishing what they didn?t do because I needed to put away our things and finish the moving process. After a week of no returned calls, I finally heard from Chris. He said that what happened to me is unacceptable and he would talk to Tabitha and get right  back to me. It has been over a week and I have left several messages with this company and no response (again). This service was supposed to make a very stressful time in our lives (moving) a bit easier. Instead it only added to the stress. My husband and I feel they did less than half of what we paid for and we would like a refund for the  things that were not completed. This company is not trust worthy and does not <br /> care about customer satisfaction. <br />

The girls were on time, but not terribly presentable. One engaged me in a way-too-much-information conversation, sharing many details about her personal problems. Both girls were slow, unmotivated, and not good at cleaning at all. To boot, they left over half an hour early. My house looked no different than when they arrived. <br />

I hired Tabby's, from a Craigslist ad, to do an apartment move in cleaning. The ladies were very nice but I was not satisfied with the cleaning. If I had not directed the cleaner to thoroughly scrub the inside of the refrigerator to remove a stain, I do not believe she would have done it, as she told me that "it would not come out" until I asked her to use a different method. <br /> Baseboards were not cleaned. <br /> Floors were not mopped, neither the bathroom or kitchen.  The kitchen floors were still sticky!  I was having a carpet cleaning done simultaneously, but they could have bothered to at least mop the bathroom floor. <br /> Cobwebs were not knocked down. <br /> Light fixtures/on-off switches do not seem to have been cleaned. <br /> Bedroom furniture was still dusty. <br /> I paid for one hour and told them when they were here, that if the job required more time to just tell me. I had money to spend because I wanted a thorough cleaning. <br /> I called to state that I was not happy. They did come out again and spot cleaned baseboards and knocked down some cobwebs, only at my direction of the cobwebs that were not knocked down. They did call again but I just did not want to deal with them coming out again. I am shopping around now for a better much more thorough cleaning company (that I am willing to pay for). I hate to give negative comments, but I feel like I must warn. I hope others have better experiences with them.  I tipped well out of courtesy but it was not worth it. <br />

They were punctual and the house was sparkling when they left. We liked them so much that we hired them for a regular monthly cleaning cleaning session and have not regretted it. <br />

Scheduling with Tabby was very easy and I appreciate that they were flexible when I had to call back to change our originally scheduled time.  I also liked the "invitation" that was emailed.  The crew showed up on time and did a good job.

The confirmation I received online and the "invitation" listed two different times, so I wasn't sure what time they were supposed to show up.  I went by the confirmation email, which said 8:30, but they didn't arrive until after the time on the e-invitation, which was 9:30.  Actually they were about 10 minutes late because they couldn't find my house. <br /> I have never had professional cleaners in my home, so I made an assumption that "professional" cleaners knew what they were doing.  Boy, I couldn't have been more wrong!  The "deep clean" involved wiping off random surfaces -- where it was easy for them to reach.  They did not move the small microwave to clean the surface underneath, or even slide a blender over a few inches.  Windows were washed, but windowsills left dirty.  I have small, lightweight furniture on sturdy laminate flooring, but they didn't move a thing.  They didn't even sweep behind the couch, though it was easy to get to with a broom.  They mopped a small area of my kitchen, but did not mop the attached dining area, even though I had specifically said I wanted all the floors cleaned.  I had asked to have my walls washed, and it said so on the confirmation, but the two young girls who showed up said there wasn't time for that, even though they managed to spend two full hours doing much of nothing.  They also dusted "around" items on my end tables, rather than taking them off and actually dusting the whole surface.  I would never hire this company again!

The house was very clean, they were on time and did what they said they would do. I will use them again.

The day went well and I do mean the day.  Tabby sent two wonderful ladies to my home in the  morning and they worked for about 10 hours.  I could not have completed what they did by myself.

I had this cleaning company shampoo our basement carpets, clean the bathrooms and organize our garage. I hired Tabby Cleaning Services because the are insured. I was referred to them by my aunt which is a cancer patient. She told me about how Tabby Cleaning cleans her house for free through a non profit organization called Cleaning for a Reason. When I heard that, I was sold! <br /> <br /> The cleaning crew arrived about ten minutes early and got right to work. I was paying by the hour so I really liked how they didn't waste a lot of time. They cleaned several areas of our home that needed the attention for a while now. They got a lot of work done in a short amount of time. The crew leader seemed to be more experienced in shampooing but the helper quickly picked up the pace. <br /> <br /> The level of professionalism was nice also. I will be using this company again to clean our house. I have two closets that I want organized as well. Hopefully I could request the same two girls next time.

Comments from my family were, “the house has never been this clean before.”  The thoroughness of Tabby’s work was what I noticed the most.  Plus, they were fast in completing the work. I would hire them again. Ann McNeil

I bought a reduced price through a company that offers daily deals and that was not a good experience.  The price I paid was for two hours of cleaning.  I specified what I wanted when I made the appointment.  I wanted baseboards and blinds to be taken special care.  They were there for two hours and the main girl Tabby was cleaning as well as talking to me the entire time.  There was another girl also with her but my baseboards and blinds did not get cleaned well.  They were very friendly and nice but I didn’t get what I wanted.

The employees are friendly and accomodating.   I pay for 1 1/2 hrs, and initially it took that long, but lately the ladies get done in 1 hour.  Still seem to do a good job though.  I have no complaints.

Several obvious areas were missed, however you get what you pay for.

I was unable to get a crew scheduled when I actually *needed* it (before my house went on the market).   Both of my conversations with the office were great and we were able to schedule a cleaning prior to moving out. <br /> <br /> The crew finished their other jobs early, so they called wondering if I'd be able to accommodate then earlier than my scheduled appointment.  I ended up getting a crew of 3 (instead of 2) so I would only get 1.5 hours of cleaning. <br /> <br /> To have a crew of 3 show up to clean was worth $80 just for their time, however, the inconsistent manner in which the 3 individuals cleaned was disappointing.  The team lead cleaned out window sills but when I walked through the house after they left, they weren't all done.  Things just seemed hit and miss. <br /> <br /> They brought in a vacuum but since I had hardwood, I explained that only my area rug would need swept.  It was not. <br /> <br /> I ran my hand over the kitchen countertops and still felt sugar residue.  <br /> <br /> It really felt like a superficial clean and even though I left before they completed, I suspect they spent less than 1.5 hours.  They all seemed anxious just to get done, but that's just my opinion and I cannot verify time spent. <br /> <br /> Best part of the experience was that whatever they used on my hardwood floors was just fantastic.  I had never seen them sparkle like that. <br /> <br /> If I were to ever hire them again, I would only ask for the team lead to return.  It was worth the $ not to have to do the work myself, but I wouldn't spend it again on this cleaning company.

They didn’t seem to do a very thorough job, so I haven’t used them. I would not use them again in the future.

Went well.  Esther asked me how everything looked as she and Christina cleaned my house.  The house looked great.  I would request Esther again.

I think everything they did turned out just fine. The person they sent was very conscientious and professional, which I thought was nice.

I had a good experience with them. They sent two professional people, who did a good job.

I saw that this company could have some iffy reviews, but when I read them I thought well, some people can be like really particular, and it seemed like most of the problems were with really specific things I would never think to clean myself ecept once maybe every 2-3 months, LOL So with the $10 off Angies list Coupon I called and set up a clean for today, the postives are the person on the phone was awsome squeezing me in last minute and getting me in with basically a days notice, also I called them thinking maybe they would take my lesser job most other companies scoff at, which they did, that was 2 people 1 hour $60 reg charge (I paid $55 with coupon plus $5 credit card fee!) Let me preface this by saying in the past I have personally done this job myself, plus a lot more rhan what I was asking for from them and dealing with my 5 year old while I do it all and can get it done in under 2 hours. So were talking I usually swifter dust all surfaces first, I wipe down all my major furniture pieces, wipe down all kitchen surfaces, clean two small full baths and vacuum and mop my whole house. 2 Hours, I have a young girl with no cleaning exp used to come before college started back and took her about 1 hour 20-30 mins and she did basically the same job I described minus being distracted by a 5 year old. I paid her $50-$60, she did a fabulous job. The job I gave them and described to the ladies that showed up today (with out calling first as they were asked to) was just light feather or swifter surfaces, I already wiped down all major furniture pieces, electronics, and stuff that needed special cleaners, and to focus on the 2 small bathrooms and the floors, I told them specifically, dont worry about the top of the fridge, nic nacks, or any real detailed cleaning. I am injured so cant get down to do bath and floors really well, so figured 2 girls should be done pretty quick given Ive done most of it for them, well to put it mildly, they sucked, The floors were done poorly, they didnt shake out the bathroom rugs, they did a half job on the tile floors then threw the mats back on where hair and stuff got all over the floors again, the vacuuming was random and jerky with lots of missed spots and no lines or smothness, just looks like crap, towel lint on mirrors, metal fixtures and hair and dirt still on backside of toilet seat, food smuges still on fiberglass stove top I wiped off in a single stroke with windex and a paper towel, just over all really crappy rush job, they were miffed about only an hour when they arrived and in true drama queen fashion made sure to do a crappy job to show an hour wasnt good enough. Whatever, were talking about 900 square foot 1st level only area. With my injuries I already went back over all their crappy work in pain and got it all fixed up in about 20 minutes, swifter dusted my surfaces, re wiped down some bathroom and kitchen surface that were really bad and re vacuumed and swifter moped the baths and spot re did the kitchen floor, you know when you pull chairs out and mop and push back in the chairs and it leaves a dark mark on the floor, I usually run the swifter over those marks after I push chairs back in, nope not a chance with them, they just left the marks!!! If you didnt want my EZ 1hr clean then dont take on the job. If they had not been so accomidating getting to me last minute I would have called and demanded a partial refund. I saw in some reviews they sometimes send people back to re-do crappy jobs, forget it, not worth the trouble and sure my 1 hr job isnt worth fixing to them anyway, wish I knew where to find some affordable, decent cleaning assistance, not like I need a full blown job done, but with a messed up knee, broken tail bone, thy cancer and non functioning parathyroids I just need some help. I would think $60 a week for mainly floors and 2 baths and quick dust and wipe down would be fair, maybe Im way off on this.

Overall, my experience with them was ok. I wasn’t home at the time, but my husband was. They missed a few things, so I wouldn’t consider what they did a deep cleaning. I probably wouldn’t hire them again.

In short: frustrating and a lot of money for not a lot of quality work. <br /> <br /> Chris is I presume the owner and the person who arranged my appointment when I called. Chris is incredibly nice, responsive and seriously accommodating. He arranged an appointment the day after my call. Two girls came to clean the following morning. They were 10 minutes early; they were both nice and professional. <br /> <br /> The quality of the work was not so good. They did not get to all of the cabinets and they only did one drawer-- despite the fact that I made it clear that I had no time limit and just wanted the job done well and thoroughly. They did not clean the refrigerator at all. Perhaps I failed to specify... but I thought I had done so and in any event, I told them I wanted the entire kitchen deep cleaned and reorganized... so I kind of think the refrigerator was a given. <br /> <br /> Finally... the dishes. They unloaded the dishwasher despite the fact that I told them the dishes inside had not been properly cleaned. Then they reloaded the dishwasher and ran it. The cycle finished after they left and I found an entire tomato in the trap. Like, a whole (albeit deflated) cherry tomato inside my dishwasher after they loaded it. Seriously. A WHOLE TOMATO?! How could a person not notice that she was putting a tomato in the dishwasher? <br /> <br />
