So while the price was higher than what others quoted, its a real issue of the quality is what you pay for. This installer not only removed the old one but was able to reposition and install the new one - which was larger - in a higher position on the window which allowed for more efficient cooling of the room. The unit itself is a popular one so we anticipate years of smooth operation.
