Great company, they take pride in every aspect of the trade. We worked with them from start to finish and have nothing but praise. They revived our dull flooring with a great new and improved look. After the Feb freeze here our carpet took a rough beating after water leaked on it and set. They immediately came over and made the process of getting a carpet and flooring actually pleasant. He was very thorough in looking for the cause of the humidity/moisture. Once he identified it, he ran a particulate filter and drying fans and made recommendations to the landlord. Very well. The cleaning was done expediently, and the equipment left the freshly cleaned carpets and rugs almost completely dry. The owner was professional and explained the services that would be performed. I am also very concerned with being eco-friendly, and the owner assured me his cleaning chemicals were just that.
