I selected Tom to perform the replacement of newly 150 linear feet of deck railing. Tom was very responsive with quotes and samples for all of our questions, never hesitating to adjust the project, materials, budget, or timing. We ended up not completing the project as the available styles ended up not working, but we appreciated Tom’s responsiveness and ease to work with.

The work was completed exactly as quoted. He was prompt and professional . Work was completed in a timely manner and looks great.

Extensive fence replacement on my residential property. Tom and his crew were friendly, quick, and efficient. The results were spectacular. Beautiful new fence and the clean up and removal of old materials was spotless.

Tom and his crew did a great job replacing a balcony that had been damaged. He looked at pictures I had and listened to my design ideas for the balcony and came up with a design that was what I was looking for. Communication was always great and I was very happy with the final product.

I hired this pro for snow removal on Friday before the Sunday/Monday storm. They came out to view the job prior to the snow. I was quoted a price. They did NOT show on Monday, but the next day. After the storm, and the clean up, I got a bill for over DOUBLE the amount, When I questioned the amount, I was told that this was a BLIZZARD and the charges were more. I do not see that the state of Mass categorized the storm as a blizzard, yet I was charged as such. No advance notice of different pricing was given to me. After letting them know of my concerns, they told me that a bad review for them would just make them seem "more realistic" because they had so many good reviews. Their "team" did a great job- only a path to my oil fill was missed.

TA Exteriors sent his two man team to my home soon after the snow ended. They were quick and did a great job. I have hired them for the season and am very satisfied.

His carpenter did the work on the date scheduled - set up, got right to it, did a good solid job -wrapped up quickly and cleaned quickly. Very pleasant to work with. There was one small other project in the job he was not aware of - had a needed board with him, though, and completed it in 15 minutes.

We hired them to update our porch. They gave us a great price and did awesome work- we love it! They demo-ed and cleaned out the old porch and put in a new, bigger one. They worked well and fast- and they were really considerate and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get house work done

I have hired Tom Sheehey two times for work on my antique barn. A few years ago he installed a large weathervane at the top of a 5 ft cupola. A scary challenge. Recently he installed a new roof. Quality work. Reasonable prices. Trustworthy. And peasant to work with.

The project was a fence repair on my property. It was a wooden fence that was installed a few years ago and they custom built two sections of the fence. They did a great job I was happy with the work. The only thing I would say is that I didn't know ahead of time when they were coming. The wood was delivered the day before so I assumed they were coming the next day and had to reach out.

He came gave me a price the price did not change the guys came to do the work it was done fast they stayed late when needed and did a great job to make sure it was done safe I will use him again in the future

Sometimes it can be difficult to find workers who will do small jobs. Tom agreed and sent someone out the next morning. His guy was prompt and got the job done.

We needed to replace the front stairs to our home and the back deck with steps. Tom's team was on-site every day and worked full days; they were respectful and careful. Tom responded promptly to inquiries. His team was dedicated to getting the project completed professionally, and we are happy with our new stairs and back deck.
