"Jeff, As we had discussed, there were weather obstacles which moved the completion dates of your outdoor project until September. Optimum weather is important to ensure a complete and thorough drying process, we wanted to be sure that you would be completely satisfied with the end result. We have tried to schedule time for us to complete the project in September and any other dates that might meet your needs but you haven't been able to commit to an alternative. We do look forward to a continued resolution to support your needs."
