I had an excellent experience with Taggart. From the beginning, communication was constant and transparent. The actual repair needed was rapidly diagnosed, with the need to spread its completion across two visits due to a part being needed. Taggart made sure not to charge me for the entire amount until that portion of the process was completed, which was very much appreciated. The issues we hired Taggart for were both addressed and we now have a fully functioning dishwasher again. Everything about my experience went smoothly and I would absolutely hire again if repairs are needed on my dishwasher or other appliances.

John Taggart was very professional and did exactly what I needed at a fair price and excellent outcome. I do not think a plumbing company could have provided someone to fix my washer as quickly as John did. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do. And he did the work for me over a weekend.
