Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive.
He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area.
Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated.
I would recommend this company.

One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had with a plumbing company. From the start, the technician showed no real interest in fixing the issue we called about. Instead, he focused on upselling other services ? suggesting we replace our pressure regulator for $1,900, swap out our Toto toilets for their own brand, and even replace our fully functional water heater.
When we told him we only wanted the garbage disposal fixed, he didn?t even inspect it. He simply quoted $290 to unclog it or $1,100 to replace it. At that point, I decided not to proceed with this company. He charged $80 just for showing up and left.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Kenny came and evaluated my sewer pipe and we agreed it needed to be jetted. He worked tirelessly in the cold and blowing snow to make sure the pipe was clear. Iâ m grateful that Taggart was quick to respond and ready to tackle the job.

They placed drop cloths everywhere the work was to be done. Installed quality product and cleaned up completely after the work was completed. repairman was efficient and polite.

The service man was really nice and he arrived well within the 2 hour window they provided. However, they charged me $115 for the trip fee, which I understand, but the fee to replace my shower valve was just under $1000 over and above that which I thought was ridiculous. He said it may be the cylinder and that would only be $600. When I scheduled the appointment I asked the office for a ballpark cost and she said she did not know. The service man looked it up in a predetermined list. I was not happy. I would never use Taggart Plumbing again.

EXTREMELY professional and fast. I thought I'd be waiting for weeks to get my small plumbing problem fixed but Taggart came out the next day. I was installing a bidet seat but needed to swap out the connector. Taggart replaced the parts w new ones and I was able to finish the install

The repair and and installation work was extraordinary, professional, careful with old installation around, great expertise (and patience with all my questions). I had no cold water going to the shower in my new home. The guys came out the next day, fixed the problem and checked the water pressure for me. Nice, efficient operation. I have 2 other plumbing projects and will be calling them soon.
