What a great company to work with. Excellent job and great, really hard working crew. Took down and hauled away the old 6 ft. fence in back and old picket fence in front. Installed a new 6 ft. vinyl fence and new vinyl picket fence in record time. It's beautiful. Plus the best customer service in the world. I had issues with my furnace. I contacted multiple HVAC companies of whom didn't give me a reply or call back. It was cold and snow was expected. Tail End came right away and fixed me right up! I also needed a gate fixed and Jason and his crew built it right away on the spot and replaced it for me. Some of the most dedicated and respectful men I've encountered In a while.

Tail end was friendly and fast. Jason and his crew were polite, easy to work with. They did a fantastic job. Though Jason has a family of his own, he still worked around mine. I’ll definitely call again.

Over all Tail end fencing and maintenance was VERY professional. They were on time, studious, and very fair in their pricing. I would hire them again in a heart beat, and just found out that they do snow removal, so I will be calling them next snow storm to have them start that as well.

I can’t speak highly enough of Jason and his team. I contacted tail end fencing to take down and rebuild a fence at my medical building. They were exceptional at working around the operating hours of the medical building as not to disturb the clients, he always picked up my calls or was quick to retune them, and the fence they built looks spectacular. I sent his information to all my property managers and contacts (not something I do unless I am very pleased and have a high level of trust). Overall, they made a difficult job look very easy and were very accommodating. Highly recommend his services.

The timing of the snow slowed our project down a bit. Jason ordered parts, took our gate to his shop to repair it and installed it a few days later. Also, the gate used to sag, which is something I had forgotten to mention but he took care of that as well.

---Update 11/07/2019----- Jason was supposed to come on October 27 to fix the gates. He got in touch that day to ask me for measurements which I reminded him he already had. He then asked if I would split the cost of the materials with him. I said no because I didn’t break it to begin with, his partner did. Then he said he would come and fix the gates when weather permitted and if I pulled my review. I said it would be pulled when the issue was resolved, he then told me he would fix it when it was removed and to make the review disappear. I haven’t heard from him since and it is going to be 70 degrees this weekend so I reached out again today, 11/7/19, to ask when he would come and haven’t gotten a reply. As far as the 3rd side of the gate, my neighbor on that side wasn’t impressed with Jason’s work and told Jason he would do it himself. Jason then told me he would still honor his price for the 2 sides so I didn’t screw him on any level. My neighbor had the 3rd side of the fence up using better quality and larger pickets in less than 24 hours. He started on Friday afternoon and was finished by noon on Saturday. He charged me the same amount Jason had quoted us and no more. Jason took nearly a month to finish 2 sides of the yard and that along with not digging the posts deep enough were my neighbors chief complaints.

It went amazingly well. There have been numerous projects, small and big, that HakFab has done for me. The project always started on time, and always finished ahead of projection.

Excellent! I hired Jason to repair a gate job that had been botched by the previous contractor. Not only did I need it fixed but I was selling the house at the end of the week and needed it done quickly. Jason agreed to take a look at the end of that day, quickly summed up the job and did it that very afternoon! The work was done professionally and the price was very fair. I would use Jason again in a heartbeat and recommend him to the many real estate investors I work with.

I found these guy through a friend of mine who had her fence done and she highly recommended them even though it wasn't fence related she said that the owner of Hakfab mentioned if she or anyone else she knew ever need any a handyman to give them a call which i did. It went great without a problem, Jason and his crew where polite, respectful, and honest when it came to coming into my home and fixing the issues I had. Jason showed me the problem, explained to me the cost of repair, why the component failed, as well as taught me better practices so that components similar would be less likely to fail and have a longer life. The price was very reasonable, thank you Jason and the Hakfab guys. I will be calling them again for any future needs.

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They were on time, they were professional, and they were always communicative with me, which is very important to me. They answered my hundred questions without making me feel like I was in the way or bothering them, which I have been made to feel like in similar situations. They finished a day earlier than they said they would, and I was more than pleased with my 6ft high cedar fence. The custom gate was beautiful, it was exactly what I wanted. When all was said and done, they charged me less than originally quoted! These guys really went above and beyond in the customer service department. I would absolutely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone!
