I had a bad brass cartridge for my Roman tub, called another company off a recommendation. The guy comes out with just an iPad and shoe covers. Never looked into the actual problem, just told me they would need to go in through the wall to address my issue. I was quoted 1,800 just for that not including the write up didn’t even have them piping their work into my actual water line. Needless to say I started looking for another plumber. Hopped on here and Talbot reached out 1st, Michael was 1,000% the right choice for this job. He came by investigated the issue to make sure it was just the cartridge and had me ready to go in no time. I would a thousand percent recommend Talbot Plumbing, prices are straight forward and they want to address the problem not renovate your bathroom for a simple fix.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Was quoted over $5000 by 2 big name companies to repair/replace quest piping due to a leak at the main. Micheal confirmed it would be a simple repair with no need to replace the entire line as I was previously advised. He took care of me same day for a fraction of the price. Great communication and service, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled plumber. 10/10

Michael was very friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He went above and beyond to insure that my project was completed! As my repair was a surprise for my wife, he advised we may not be finished before she came home from work, I was a little disappointed, but I could appreciate his honesty. However, even with having to grab a few supplies that he didn’t have on hand, he still BEAT THE CLOCK!! Woo-Hoo! He even made a few other needed repairs for me, that weren’t on my request. I would HIGHLY recommend him! FIVE STAR SERVICE!! I would ABSOLUTELY use him again

I called Michael and left a message and he called me back promptly. He came out exactly at the time he said he would arrive. He was able to unclog my guest bathroom toilet and was very personable and professional. I felt the price was reasonable and would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future.

Arrived early on Saturday morning, found the problem, fixed it and was on his way. No extra charge for weekend visit.

To get a bid on finding and fixing a water leak, I reached out to Michael. The Water Department kept sending me notices about a problem. I was losing up to 3 gallons per day. I had had a leak in the main valve to the house and the valve controlling the sprinkler system. I had paid another company the previous month $1700, so I knew it couldnâ t be that. Michale arrived on time and in less than a few minutes, he found the problem. Yes, Michael found the problem to be the main valve that had been repaired previously. The other company used the wrong sized piping and water was shooting everywhere. This was all underground and not visible. Michel explained to me the problem in laypersonâ s term. Provided a video and had the problem fixed right this time in about .5 hours. I can truthfully say I have a new plumber. Iâ d recommend this man and his company to anyone I cared about and anyone who wants an honest plumber and human being. Even with this shotty job by the other company Micheal left me with a renewed faith in humanity (till I watched the news).

Friendly guy. Ice storm So he was delayed. He arrived as quickly as he could. The r part had to be ordered and once the repair was made things were fine but a slow leak developed in the wall. No one noticed until later. Sheetrock was ruined.Thankfully, the leak was in the garage so the damage was not in the house. He did repair the plumbing problem but not the Sheetrock.
