I called multiple companies when I came across there free follow ups advertisement. Both other companies said <br />I have to replace my whole system and that it could not be fixed. $5,000 off my house is cold as can be. It was a wonderful experience. He arrived within two hours of my phone call fully prepared to inspect and evaluate my problem. He handled the issue on site and had all the necessary equipment in the van they came in. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and offered very thorough advice. I couldn't help but poke fun that the technician's name because it was Joe, just like Eskimo Joe! I was happy he could take a joke. I felt safe and at ease with him in my home. Being that I'm a young female college student I usually worry about having strangers in my home, but that was not an issue with Joe. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up after he fixed the problems - it's like he wasn't even there! It's awesome because I rent and I didn't want to worry about damages that I would have to pay for later. It wasn't an issue AT ALL! The price was the cheapest offered in town and it was great because I live on a college kid budget. He let me and my landlord know how much it would cost before he did any work so that my landlord and I were prepared and fully understood what was happening and why. Joe was even nice enough to show me what was broken and explain why he had to replace and fix it. He also went over the benefits of changing my air filter reguarly. I completely recommend Tallahassee Air Conditioning & Electrical! 5 stars! Best service I've had in a long time, and trust me... I've seen a lot of bad service.

Service went very well. I live in Tallahassee in Huntington Woods. My house is over 20 years old and had the original A/C unit. Our A/C went on the fritz. Guess we were lucky it lasted as long as it did. <br /> I had a great experience, after calling around and looking on the Internet, these guys were easy to work with and had the best prices. They were able to do a same day service for me which helped with an uncomfortable and pregnant wife. They were able to get us a better unit than what we had. They also got us a better one than what we had looked at elsewhere, and we got it for a better price. They also gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty which provides us with total piece of mind, 365 days a year for 10 years. We LOVE our new A/C unit, it's so much colder than the old one. We will be recommending them to everyone.
