My father is an old-school DIYer who believes in trying to build or fix just about anything himself—usually to save a little money. Installing a 20’ Aleko awning was no exception. Unfortunately, during the process a mistake was made with the flange, which prevented the awning from functioning properly. That’s when the Tampa Awning team—Tito, Colby, and Ethan—stepped in. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were obvious. They quickly spotted the issue and explained exactly what had gone wrong. Even though they were originally scheduled only to mount the awning—not to rebuild or repair it—they took the time to look into the problem and figure out a solution. They contacted their headquarters to get approval before doing anything outside the scope of the job, which showed a lot of integrity and professionalism. Tampa Awning’s boss agreed to fix the issue at a very reasonable price so the awning could be corrected and function the way it was supposed to.

They did very good work. They let me know how long it would last and what their recommendations were. My only issues were that getting a call back was challenging. I had to call many times.
