We had a dead tree that was rotten on the inside but looked great on the outside. Was very close to the house. Removed it. Stump gridded it. Looked great afterwards and cleaned up the rear of our trees plus trimmed our large palms.

These guys are the best. Listened to what we needed, did exactly as we wished, cleaned up and took all the debris away. I highly recommend them. I called, someone came out same day to evaluate/quote the job and they were onsite the following day to do the work!!

I would not trust them to a trim a twig. Quote was for trimming 4 live oak. Received call to check work I pointed out a number of items that were in quote. As it turned out the climber left and instead of telling me they said done. I complained to owner and had to come back next day. Again said they were done and I had to show them missed items. On top of this neighbor came over to show them they left significant branches in her yard. They cleaned up and left. Two hours later my other neighbor came to door to say limbs in his yard. I would have thought after they missed one side they would check other side but nope. The office started with sorry after one issue. Escalated to really sorry on the end of day one. Finally led to only happens a couple times a year and sorry it was you. You would think after 4 trips back to complete things that they missed someone would come out to check the crew but again. So sorry. In the end, they completed work correctly but needed babysitting

after hurricane several large trees down and hired this co. to cut up for removal by county since trees on easement outside of property., and to remove 1 large remaining tree on easement and 2 trees down on property for removal. Price 6,000.oo. Crew on time and after several hours went to see and was not satisfied with the mess they left, so Paul crew leader was very nice and said he would fix, so he stacked cut up trees and informed me they could not remove large tree on easement because their tree climber was not working, nor did they stump grind, so now I am left with 2 very large tree stumps outside fence and 1 very large dying tree and one large tree stump in yard. Spoke with Justin and obviously miscommunication on stump grinding and he said I would have to get another company to do that. So if you hire this company make sure you know what they can do not what the site or flyer says. Will not use again.

The crew that represents this company was cordial, thorough and has excellent work ethics. Went beyond and above; even helping my neighbor reinforce a swing strap that was high in the same tree. They did a "walk through" with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything including complete cleanup. The Best from start to finish.

Excellent work. Removed 2 trees and 3 stumps and did a little extra. Very professional and job was finished quickly. Clean up was good. Halli is very knowledgeable and was on the top of it from the beginning to the end. She came back the next day to assure everything was done to her liking. I will highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed. They did a great job. (A neighbor watched the team and was really amazed at their work and stated that he would use them when needed and would not hesitate to recommend them).

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. They were very thorough in identifying what I needed done and in documenting the invoice. There was no confusion or surprises when the crew showed up. Overall, they did a great job on cleaning up my oak trees and I highly recommend them.

Service was excellent. Halli was very thorough in her estimate for job, The crew's work was done safely and quickly, They did excellent cleanup. David asked me to check job to make sure I was happy with it. I asked him to cut two more branches off and he did gladly.

Service was great. From my initial contact with Halli to the crew coming when expected, quick and safe removal without causing any damage to property, and a great job of cleaning up. Before the day had ended someone else came out and took care of the stump grinding. The equipment/machine that was used was fun to watch in action and it made quick work of the stump of an 18-19 year old Oak Tree.

Halli showed up the same day as request and told us exactly what they would do. The team showed up and trimmed out queen palms blew out all parts of small pieces and raked and took care of complete job. This company is outstanding. Would recommend them to anyone!

The crew came early, got right to work and were done quickly. They cleaned and trimmed my trees very nicely and I will be using their services again in the future.

They were able to provide the service we needed at a price that was affordable, and they did the job as they stated they would. The people from the Account Manager to the men who came out to do the work were all friendly and capable of doing the work. There was no damage to our property and they cleaned up completely when they were done. Nothing was left for us to do. They not only trimmed the trees but removed one that was becoming a threat to our house. We would not hesitate to use them again.
