Very professional.....on time..... good work

I needed help quickly! I ordered an AC unit for my mother and it arrived a day early (plus I was out of town when it arrived)! Thank Heaven for Tan the Handyman! Not only was he easy to be reached but he installed the AC unit (plus made a necessary run to an electrical supply facility for additional parts) all in the same day! This type of professionalism and great service is unfortunately) becoming a rarity. I sincerely hope that Tan the Handyman continues to grow be a remain a valuable asset to the metro Richmond area!

Tan the Handyman just redid my deck which was in total distress. They offered suggestions on how to salvage some of the old deck joists and railings saving me $$. The crew was efficient and explained everything they were doing. Felt totally at ease and the job was done at a good price point. My second experience with this group and still very pleased.

He came out and was the definition of a professional gentleman. Listened to my observations and what I had tried to do. Came up with a solution and did a great job. Going to use them again

Tan stepped in when another contractor flaked out. Did a beautiful bath remodel with Carrara tile, glass shower and freestanding tub. Came in on budget. His crew was great to work with and respectful of our home. Did a good cleanup. Was nice to have a contractor that pays attention to details, listens, provides good guidance and follows through. A very good experience!

I have worked with Tony on several projects ranging from as small a punch list of repairs for a homeowner selling a property and as large as a full renovation where we completely remodel the entire home literally from top to bottom. Every time he is punctual and does quality within our deadlines. There is no job too small or too big that him and his team can’t handle!!!

Antonio did basic handyman work in our apartment when my boyfriend was going through cancer surgery in June. Hanging TV’s and artwork, ect. He was not able to complete everything and was going to come back to complete. It’s now November and I had to have another handyman complete the job. I do regret that a lamp that Antonio took to rewire was never returned after several months of requesting its return and multiple assurances that it would be drop off. Very disappointing.

They did a fantastic job. They were prompt, professional and great to work with. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tan called back in 20 minuities from request. He scheduled to perform the setup that afternoon. The team was on time and very professional. very satisfied with Tan and the team.

Awful experience Tony Tan is arrogant and rude Used my television stand as a place to rest his tools and made little marks on it. When I asked him to please put the tools on the floor he threw them to the floor, and he nicked the vinyl flooring. Made additional holes in the wall before he even asked me how high I wanted the TV thank goodness they are hidden by the TV but I am moving and now I have to spackle them.

He kept me informed of progress throughout the project and provided photos of various stages of completion, all while I was physically removed from the residence being worked on. His pricing was fair, and he offered helpful suggestions which enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend Tony as a handyman, and would not hesitate to hire him again inthe future. His workmanship is outstanding.
