"We cleaned your house for several months and you praised the work that was done. We would clean a room and then your family would go right behind us and make a huge mess in the kitchen and then come tell the girls that they did. As far as pictures go, I'm the one that told you we take pictures for 1. If you have a lot if nick backs we wNt to be sure to put them back in correct place and 2. When the girls go into a place, and I'm not there, they will send a pic asking me what to do (ie excessive dirt, dishes, or trash all over), that way there are no mistakes. By no means do I/the crews do anything against your privacy because of our bond/insurance."

"We walked into your house meeting with you for first time. You stated you had stopped cleaning your home due to everybody stopped caring as well. The living room had more than an inch of dust, cat hair and cat litter in it, as well as on furniture and floor. We worked for more than 2 hours on the kitchen with two people, the upstairs hallway & bathroom including the stairs, and bathroom. We also worked on the family room and dusted and vaccines in there. Even though we had 5 people in there, there was no possible way to "clean" the home properly in time allotted. Yes, I attempted to clean your light due to the nature of its condition (bugs and dust), it was stuck to the ceiling brackets due to the excessive nicotine, I told you I would replace it, and I have made arrangements to replace the cover only."
"The deal provided 12 hours. Which we provided. I told you that I didn't like the deal because, we go into houses that we know nothing about and when we show up the houses are a lot bigger than what people try to explain over the phone to prepare us. I usually will do a walk-thru on homes prior to cleanings so I have an idea on how to prepare. The light fixture in your bathroom was loose, and you even informed of that when I had asked you for a light bulb for the other light bar on your vanity. It had a piece broken on it so I was not able to secure it. If I had known it broke, I would have replaced it. We "detailed" the office, family room, kitchen, eat-in kitchen, sitting room, foyer, 1/2 bath, and formal dining room (main floor areas), master bedroom, bathroom and staircase. My crews are in mid 20's and they perform very well. I emailed you trying to reach out you and if I had known that you were dissatisfied, I would have offered to make it right. Because that's how I work as a business. I'm sorry you were not pleased."
