They were great. They sent out two people who worked for three hours. They helped me out a great deal. They washed all of my cabinets down, cleaned my toaster oven and did very detailed work that you wouldn’t typically think of doing. They also did the bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting and mopping. The owner’s wife even folded my towels in a very pretty way like at a hotel.

I purchased this Big Deal and gave it to my daughter to use after her 3rd baby was born. First I had trouble reaching the owner as her number had changed. When I did reach her, I explained that I had gifted the deal to my daughter. She told me just to have my daughter call after she was settled around after having her baby. My daughter made contact with Tammy in June or July and was to have her house cleaned July 14. Tammy was to call her before to go over the details. Tammy did not call and did not show up on July 14. My daughter has made numerous attempts to contact Tammy leaving her several messages. I called Tammy today July 20, 2014 and left another message. I have also left a written message for Tammy on her Angie's page. I would appreciate help in getting this taken care of . I need the services provided that I paid for or my money back so I can contract with another provider for a house cleaning.

The bathroom tub had not been touched, and the floors in the bathroom were swept, but they didn't sweep under the cabinets. Kitchen was reasonably clean. Other areas were decent, but they weren't that dirty to start with. It didn't seem like I was getting quality work for the price i was paying. Then I heard from a friend who knew some of the workers that they had photographed rooms in my house, and that settled it for me - I will never use a company that I can't trust. My privacy is important to me, and it made me suspicious for why they were taking photographs. I would never be able to trust them in the house alone, so why bother with a crew that does a crappy job of cleaning and invades my privacy??? Taking my business elsewhere! <br />

"We cleaned your house for several months and you praised the work that was done. We would clean a room and then your family would go right behind us and make a huge mess in the kitchen and then come tell the girls that they did. As far as pictures go, I'm the one that told you we take pictures for 1. If you have a lot if nick backs we wNt to be sure to put them back in correct place and 2. When the girls go into a place, and I'm not there, they will send a pic asking me what to do (ie excessive dirt, dishes, or trash all over), that way there are no mistakes. By no means do I/the crews do anything against your privacy because of our bond/insurance."

<p>I've had problems getting them out. They were supposed to come out last Thursday afternoon, but she didn't show up and didn't call. We stayed home and waited for them (on my birthday!). Whenever I call her, I get a message that says that she "...isn't accepting phone calls. I've emailed her and haven't heard back.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>TAS contacted me after hearing from a representative at Angie's List concerning the above it was due to the fact Angie's List had the wrong phone number listed for contact. After contact was finally made and a date finalized the crew of 5 including the owner arrived and after a short discussion of the problem of contact they started to work. Upon their completion the house looked and smelled great. I will definitely use them again.</p>

I've already written a review, don't remember the exact scores as it's been several weeks. However, I would not use this service again. The ladies were prompt, polite, and worked the 3 hours for which I had paid using a "special deal". There were things I just assumed would be done, such as dusting the register/return (and a few other things), that were not taken care of. I recognize that there was a limited time but were I hoping to get repeat work I would spend a few extra minutes double checking my own work and whether it is what I would do in my own home. I've used cleaning services in the past (for many years) so I do know what to expect. <br />

Very disappointed about my light fixture. I called and left messages Jan. 11, Jan. 28, and Feb. 25. My husband cannot physically change the cover. I suppose I could attempt but I didn't break it. The girl cleaning my living room and family room did a great job. The two on my bathrooms were okay. Upstairs small bath was fine but the walk in shower in the first floor bath looked as if it hadn't been touched. There was a lot of fooling around, calling Marco Polo to each other. Then they realized they only had 45 more minutes and zipped through. I think that was why the bathroom was short-changed. She had said she would give me an estimate to clean my house on a regular but they had to get to the next job and left quickly. Tammy told me she was starting a contract to be a cleaner for Sears Housecleaning Jan. 1 for 90 days. Having read all the recent reviews I would say her Angie's List customers are no longer a priority.

"We walked into your house meeting with you for first time. You stated you had stopped cleaning your home due to everybody stopped caring as well. The living room had more than an inch of dust, cat hair and cat litter in it, as well as on furniture and floor. We worked for more than 2 hours on the kitchen with two people, the upstairs hallway & bathroom including the stairs, and bathroom. We also worked on the family room and dusted and vaccines in there. Even though we had 5 people in there, there was no possible way to "clean" the home properly in time allotted. Yes, I attempted to clean your light due to the nature of its condition (bugs and dust), it was stuck to the ceiling brackets due to the excessive nicotine, I told you I would replace it, and I have made arrangements to replace the cover only."

1. No-shows and no communication. The work crew had several occasions when they did not show up and there was no phone call or text message to let me know that they weren't coming. I expected to come home to a clean house, so I was shocked when I got home and found my house the same way I left it that morning. What if I had made plans to entertain that evening - I would have been bringing my guests home to a dirty house! This service came highly recommended by people I trusted, so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I received no communication about the "no show" until I called the owner the next day, and she told me they would be there the next week. The next week they no showed again, and she informed me that I had gotten the dates wrong (again no communication from them and I had to call them). They were late for the initial appointment, and they have been unreliable ever since then. Should have listened to my instincts. <br /> 2. Quality. When they toured my house to give me an estimate, they told me that they were "OCD", and they prided themselves on their attention to detail. Although my microwave was shining, my bathroom was a mess. They hadn't even touched the bathtub, the floor was filthy, and the empty toilet paper roll that was lying on the floor in the morning was still there after they left, which leads me to believe that they didn't even clean the floor. So much for their attention to detail...... <br /> 3. Price. It became clear that I was going to have to find a new cleaning service, so I called some ads in the local papers. Her prices are roughly twice the hourly rate that she is charging, and they have been punctual with their initial visits, Looking forward to new possibilities. <br />

The service turned out fine. They were fine. I really liked the woman who did the kitchen, she did an amazing job. I think she was the owner. They ran out of time, and couldn't do my bathroom, but they were honest and said that they may not have time. The price was really nice.

They sent 4 people to work 1.5 hrs. totaling 6 man hours. They were late in showing up and I think it was due to lousy weather. I called and was told they would arrive around 11 a.m. but I was counting on them showing up at 8:30 a.m. I understood why they were late, but it would have been nice for them to call me and tell me they would be late.

They came with a crew of 3 people. The owner of the company said that they are going to spend 4 hours to clean the house. She said they are very detailed, after they left I was discovering areas of the house that are not detailed clean. They didn't do the job that they claimed they will do on the first floor same with the second floor. She said they don't like the deal because it's not their choice. The same day they clean my master bathroom, I heard a noise in the house, they cleaned the light fixtures and they didn't secure the light fixtures and it broke. They have young girls cleaning helping them do the job. I was not pleased and I will not recommend this company.

"The deal provided 12 hours. Which we provided. I told you that I didn't like the deal because, we go into houses that we know nothing about and when we show up the houses are a lot bigger than what people try to explain over the phone to prepare us. I usually will do a walk-thru on homes prior to cleanings so I have an idea on how to prepare. The light fixture in your bathroom was loose, and you even informed of that when I had asked you for a light bulb for the other light bar on your vanity. It had a piece broken on it so I was not able to secure it. If I had known it broke, I would have replaced it. We "detailed" the office, family room, kitchen, eat-in kitchen, sitting room, foyer, 1/2 bath, and formal dining room (main floor areas), master bedroom, bathroom and staircase. My crews are in mid 20's and they perform very well. I emailed you trying to reach out you and if I had known that you were dissatisfied, I would have offered to make it right. Because that's how I work as a business. I'm sorry you were not pleased."

Tammy did the upstairs, 2 bdrms, 2 full baths, hallway and steps just as promised "wall to wall, and floor to ceiling"/ Outstanding! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The first floor was done by 2 other members and they did a good job, even though they missed some items. I'm confident that over time, TAS will be perfect for my needs. Tammy even folded laundry, carried 2 baskets of clean clothes from basement to MBR for me. She even cleaned bathroom fans!!! BRAVO! The 2 other members cleaned everything on my bookshelves - unheard of by any other cleaning service! Best cleaning company I've had by far, and I've had many over the last 25 years!

Most surfaces in my home have been replaced over the past 10 years but I still don't like to clean. Tammy and her crew cleaned everything as promised and cleaned everything well. I am very pleased with the results and will have her come out for regular cleanings. POSITIVES: No fingerprints or grease on kitchen appliances and walls above and around the stove. Everything was dusted - the blinds, ceiling fans, wall-to-wall book shelf and books. The bathroom toilets, floors, mirror, and sinks are clean. The mineral deposits on my bronze kitchen faucet are gone. Carpet vacuumed well, including the stairs. The light in the drop down ceiling was free of dead lady bugs. Dryer lint removed from around the washer/dryer. NEGATIVES: only 3 small things - the bathroom sink fixtures not completely clean, toothpaste splatter left on the wall around the sink, and the kitchen counter a little sticky where it meets the back splash. <br />

I have three house dogs and a husband. My father passed and mother needs considerable care. I work part time. I have not had the physical or emotional energy to clean my house since February. Licensed, bonded and insured, TAS returned my call the same day I contacted them. They arrived as scheduled with their own equipment and immediately set to work. The owner and her team, each with her specific area, cleaned my house top to bottom.. Literally!! From polishing the crown molding in my living room to washing all the baseboards! My house looks amazing and I feel encouraged. <br />

I was super excited to begin our service contract with TAS Cleaning, but from the beginning we had communication difficulties with the owner, Tammy. They were originally scheduled to come on a Tuesday and had to change the date to a Monday, of which I was notified Sunday night while working overnight. There were two instances, one the week of Thanksgiving, and one the week of Christmas where service was to be provided, and the cleaners simply didn't show up. For the Thanksgiving week I received a text message stating there had been a family emergency; which is understandable. I was able to work with Tammy to get scheduled for the following week; but in order to get back on my regular schedule she wanted to charge me an extra $25 for waiting the three weeks, instead of having them come two weeks in a row. Ultimately, she agreed to go for the three weeks at the rate to which we had agreed, but then the cleaning crew did not show up on the date and time we had agreed upon. I called, text, and left voice messages that went unanswered for 3 days. When I finally received a text back from Tammy, she told me that services were not provided at my home as scheduled because she thought I no longer wanted service. When I reminded her that she had confirmed the appointment with me the Friday before hand, she said that they had gotten really backed up on a commercial account, spent all day Monday there, and simply overslept through my appointment. I felt as though I had been more than accommodating with scheduling, and that even when services were provided, everything that was quoted was not complete. i.e. cleaning the tops of cabinets, cleaning out the oven on every other visit, wiping down doors as asked and changing linens when provided. Tammy and her crew were very friendly, but I would not recommend this company for residential services.

The attention to detail was unbelievable! They spring cleaned my entire home from ceiling fans to baseboard. They had me set my self cleaning oven the night before and I swear it looks brand new. My outdoor porch looks unbelievable! I have never had it power washed before and now I will have them do it every year without a doubt. They also, at my request, completely cleaned and organized my pantry cupboard, which admittedly was a disaster. I can find everything so much easier now! I am thrilled with the service and I've hired them for bi weekly cleanings now to keep everything maintained. I work a lot and I consider this the gift of time to myself. I would highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed! <br />
