Great. They are now our regular oil suppliers, furnace maintenance provoders, now awaiting heatpump estimeate.

They are very good, they completed the work in a timely manner and on schedule.

They are fantastic. I love them. They are always on time and if it's an emergency they try to get somebody there as soon as possible and they have a great service package.

Excellent fast service <br />

We lost our hot water.  We had no idea what was wrong and at first neither did Taylor energy, but they kept coming back (in a very timely manner) and trying to fix it.  When all was said and done they did a great job, quickly.  They were very considerate to our plight and they were very fair in their pricing of what was fixed.  We have used them ever since we bought our house and have, to this date, always been happy with their services.

all n all they did a pretty good job.they messed up an appointment and forgot to show up,but made good by the end of the week.

The price was very good. I spent a little over $5000. We had a lot of problems with the condenser over the winter. They kept sending technicians out to try to fix the problem. They thought it might have been the thermostat; so they replaced it. They charged me for the thermostat quite a bit. After too many visits, they realized that the condenser was defective; so they had it replaced. The manufacturer replaced it and I asked them for a refund of the thermostat which they gave me but not for about two months after I asked for it. The service technician was very good. He worked very hard to try to find the problem. The salesman however was kind of rude sometimes and not very knowledgeable. I called the owner of the company and he never answered my calls. Everything is fine now; so I would rate them high on quality. I would use them again to service the unit but I wouldn’t recommend them.
