Taylormade Landscapes is a family owned business that specializes in residential and commercial design, install and maintenance of landscapes. We provide the highest quality and service and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We can handle just about any size job and will go above and beyond what our clients expect. You can always expect the job to be "Taylor'd to a T". Since establishing in 2006, Taylormade Landscapes has been creating and maintaining beautiful properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Jamel and Wendy Taylor started this family-owned business with the aspirations of having a reliable and professional choice for those seeking a landscape contractor. Integrity and honesty are qualities that we stand by and value. Would highly recommend. We had interviewed with 3 companies and we chose to go with Taylormade Landscapes. We had both our front and back yards done. What we appreciated: 1) itemized quote/invoice. It was easy too see what we were paying for. This made it easy to make adjustments to our plans before we came to an absolute decision and signed the agreement. 2) When the workers showed they all had uniforms with the Taylormade logo. 3) Easy way to make payments over the internet and 4) everyday the workers cleaned up after themselves. 5) What was really nice were the daily emails (from the office staff) showing the progress of their work. Overall, we are very pleased.

They did a GREAT job! Chad and his crew were wonderful! They were polite, caring and super professional. We were kept in the loop at all stages and they left the place in immaculate shape. Nothing was missed. Great attention to detail. I'd hire them again in a second.

We wanted to remove Texas Rangers from around the pool with a plant that has less waste but the new plants are just as messy. Drip system was not checked thoroughly so we had some loss. Final inspection was with the owner who was resistant about trimming a tree that was encroaching on the path to the pool. Apparently he didn't want to make another visit. We had it done by someone else.

I just wanted to clarify that we actually made 3 more trips to your home after my walk through with you which was on July 8th. The first was on July 14 to do some detail work which included burying lines in front by the Olive Tree, removal of a Cassia near the Olive Tree, burying of exposed lines in the front and back and we relocated a light in the backyard behind a Sumac. We went back the next day to finish this work which was July 15th. We returned on July 19th after we received a call that some flowers were stressed. We wanted to make sure they were checked under our warranty and coverage. We also had no problem pruning the tree on any of these visits but we never came to a clear agreement. I am always trying to educate my clients as to the pros and cons of pruning plants and trees which is my duty as a Certified Arborist. I was just suggesting that the trees aesthetic value and its ability to produce food for itself would be diminished if it were pruned. I always try to go above and beyond the expectations of our clients and I apologize for your experience being less than an "A" rating. It is my mission to always leave our clients 100% satisfied with our work. We will learn from this experience and continue to improve our service. Thank you."

Great. We would definitely use Taylormade again. Not only are we delighted with the final result, the entire process was smooth: well-planned, well-staffed, and well-executed. Every person on the Taylormade team was professional, knowledgable, hard-working, responsive, and friendly. Thanks to everyone - we really love the backyard again and now WANT to be out there! Things I particularly appreciated: Quality. The quality of the planning and execution was terrific. All the turf, the putting green, the rock placement, all of it was very well-done. The real achievement though has to be the paver path. There were some awkward spots where the new path met up with an existing curved patio and the crew did an amazing job cutting the pavers in a way that looks great and natural. And the arrangement of the various colors of pavement looks wonderful - there is definitely an art to it and the crew got it just right. Professional yet Friendly. I felt they got this balance just right. From being punctual for appointments to clarity and thoroughness in the estimate to cleaning up at the end of each day, every piece of the job was handled in a professional way. In addition, the crew would say hello and smile and willingly answer any questions - not for anything, but when you have strangers in your life for a couple of weeks it's nice when they look you in the face and smile! Customer Service. Jamel volunteered information and suggestions, but listened closely to what we wanted for our yard and delivered. The crew was also terrific, taking as much time with me as I needed to figure out exact placement of plants and talking through options for a slight change we requested mid-job. Customer service was also evident in the respect they showed my home - taking care of the property - drop cloths where needed to protect against rock, etc. and never leaving personal trash. This last may not matter to some folks, but that is a biggee for me. When I get work done it's a bummer and hard to feel good about spending the money when you find lunch wrappers and soda bottles under a shrub or something.

At first the yard men were not doing a complete job. I reminded them of my original requests and got an apology and a plan to do the work. Now my yard looks beautiful. I am impressed not only by their work but how fast my complaint was handled.

I had a fantastic experience with Taylormade. I found them on Angie's List when another contractor I had scheduled inexplicably fell through. As I needed the project completed in time for a planned gathering at the house, I was on a time crunch. Jamel came by the day after my phone call to survey the area. He tailored the job to the site, asking questions so that future projects will be a natural add-on progression. He scheduled the work so it would be completed in time for the party. The crew completed the job, installing the pavers as expected, and the results are beautiful. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I was very pleased with them I even recommended to a friend who was also pleased. <br /> <br /> They were prompt, they cleaned up after themselves, their foreman spoke English and I thought they provided a good service for the money, it wasn't the cheapest but it was a good service, I'm very happy with them. <br /> <br /> Kimmal came when he said he was, gave a good estimate, he worked with us, he was patient with us, it was a wonderful experience all the way around.

The yard looks great! Very happy with the design. The crew did an awesome job. They finished the job quickly and they did a great job with the cleanup. Taylormade replaced all six trees when a sudden freeze killed them shortly after being planted. We will definitely use Taylormade again for any future landscaping projects.

It took a little while to get it. They performed well. It took a while because, we had other projects going on. It was a very fair price and we got more than what we certainly paid for. They could be a little more prompt. I had given them a list of specifications and they followed what we were asking for. We got a bargain and I wouldn't complain. We did ask for some bids on some stuff in addition to that and they were a little high.
