My elderly mother's dishwasher needed repair. I contacted Tecnicos on a Sunday afternoon. Roger had an available slot on Monday afternoon. He had the necessary parts in stock, and fixed the dishwasher. His price was better than reasonable. His communication about when he would arrive was highly responsible. I could not recommend him more highly.

I was initially hesitant to write a review, as I prefer not to bring people down. However, my recent experience with this individual left me with no choice but to share my story. His actions ended up costing me thousands of dollars. He came to fix an issue with our stove, and during our interaction, there was some tension. Subsequently, he tampered with the stove, resulting in a complete socket failure. I sought the opinion of two electricians, both of whom confirmed that this damage was intentional. To make matters worse, it came to light that he had been repeatedly 'repairing' a problem that he knew would persist because it wasn't the initial issue. This revelation left me feeling like I'd been scammed into unnecessary work. The consequences of his actions were severe â I had to close my restaurant for an entire day, leading to substantial financial losses. What's clear is that he takes no pride in his work, and his attitude simply isn't worth the hassle. It's important to share these experiences to protect others from similar predicaments.

Roger and his father are such wonderful people. I made a call to reach out to them today and they were able to come fix my dryer on such short notice. They were also in and out, Roger definitely knows what he is doing and it was a very easy experience. 10/10 would recommend!
