"Now the real story here is the microwave torsion spring snapped in half, we replaced the torsion spring which was broken and we showed it to you and left it for you. Since the unit is over 10 years old another part that was required to fix it was discontinued and we offered you a refund of the microwave repair. You know you are not buying a new unit you even stated you are going to live with the microwave door dropping down. You even mentioned you were not sure if you wanted to fix it since it was not that big of a deal. There is no need to lie about the end result, you got your oven fixed and your money refunded for the microwave. Have a great."
