A higher junior to work in my house I wanted a pool and spa for my kids and my grandkids. Please be careful with junior II had gave him 22000 , Couple weeks later are we received a email from junior stating that he he is walking away away from my project Couple weeks later are we received a email from junior stating that he he is walking away away from my project. Then I called junior and told him he can't do this because he pulled the permits and his license . I asked junior several times for my contract he never gave me a contract but he did sent me a receipt I don't know if that's a contract for him but I have all my emails and texts were I stated him to give me my contract. I will post pictures of how he ruin my grass in my front yard and defense hes asking me that I need to pay that and I need to pay for the retaining wall to finish and for the fence around my pool equipment. Junior is my worst nightmare I told him we will take him to court .

T&D is  reliable, hard working and stand by their work. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. <br /> Junior gave me a 2 weeks target to complete the job and they were done in 1 week.  We highly recommend them.

Jr .is very profession. He came my house discussed with me, give me lot of good ideals. when the jobs start, he always stop by early morning and end of days to check the jobs. All his worker are very profession too, some times during the job, I want to change something, they always to do what's i ask them.  All my neighbor passing by house, say very nice job done. we are very happy for what's Jr did for us.  Thank you Jr.

<p>He did very excellent jobs for my project.  Very responsible, good quality with the money spent.  He has sufficient experience to handle all kinds of hardscape works.  He also has good design skills to complete the job nicely.  For my project, he recommended to me many good things correctly when I faced and hesitated to choose certain options. My wife and I love the entire job he did for us.  I like to recommend him to any of my friends who looks for hardscape contractor. </p>

T&D Construction was fantastic to work with. They had come highly recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I had my initial ideas about what I'd like to do to give the backyard some much needed updating. When I met initially with JR Delgadillo, the owner, he understood my vision as well as made suggestions that could save money in some areas and allow for additional upgrades. The demolition crew came in and had the pool, pool deck and old concrete patio demolished in a flash it seemed. It's a little unnerving to have jackhammers going and a bobcat going in and out of the backyard, but in just 4 days the transformation was becoming evident. They replastered the pool, put in new tile, coping, paving stone deck and new patio. With the savings, I was able to add two planter walls which I hadn't even considered. The workers were clearly very skilled at what they were doing and extremely respectful whenever I came around watching or asking questions. The lot itself creates some unusual spaces to work with and once everything was underway, there were a couple of minor changes I wanted to make. JR was very accommodating to my wishes. I've had other home remodel work done where the contractor just wanted to hurry and finish and had no consideration for the integrity of the project. This was a complete success from start to finish. I found JR to be extremely knowledgeable, proficient and very importantly he was easy to work with...a good guy. I recommend T&D Construction without reservation for any of your hardscape needs.
