We used TD to service our backyard and cut down several trees. On our invoice it stated that they were to remove 10 trees and cut them flush to the ground as well as cut any other tree stumps to the ground and the wood was to be stacked at the base. They were also to apply pesticide and herbicide after the trees were cut down and work completed. After they "completed" the work my back yard looked like a tornado hit it. There are tree trunk pieces scattered everywhere. The kids sandbox now needs to be emptied and new sand needs replaced as they moved the sandbox and never closed the lid and there is so much debris in it. they didn't cut all the trees they were supposed to cut down. Leaving 2. One is an Oak tree that they said was best the leave and we said ok to that. The other is in the back corner of my property still standing that was supposed to be removed. They never sprayed as they were supposed too. They left Monster Energy Drink Cans in the back yard. They also over charged us by nearly $400.00. They told us the total was going to be 1750.00 and that because I wasted choosing to pay by credit card I had to pay tax even though they can not charge tax on labor...but since I chose to pay by credit card they has to because they have to pay a fee for using a credit card. Junior(the owners son) kept trying to push for us to pay by check or cash which we told him numerous time we were not going to. So on the estimate it stated our total was $1,885.00. They actually charged us $2,195.37. Where that number came from us unknown. They also cut a tree down from my neighbors yard and did not do what they said they would do over there either. I tried calling them and talking through it and that ended in them defending their work and hanging the phone up on me. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed in their service and I will he disputing the charges as the work was not completed. Uploaded several photos but have several more.

Everyone who helped was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a more efficient, well-trained crew with great work ethic. I was very pleased with the all of the workers for a job well done!

Great job and reasonable. Also took care of trimming up my landscaping. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up the area leaving my yard looking very nice. Friendly and very respectful. Plan to use them in the spring.

Td Outdoor Specialists did a great job. I have been furloughed since the start of the covid outbreak, and they worked with me on price. Definitely would use them again if any issues come up.

They did an awesome job. Very professional, and great at explaining what they would do, step by step. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them!

I was impressed at how quickly and skillfully they brought down the two large trunks in such a small area. They didn't tear up any shingles on the roof or land a limb in the garden. They removed the brush and stacked the wood for me, and the price was less than others quoted me. I would definitely hire this hardworking and courteous crew for other landscaping jobs.

Perfectly perfect! Easy to work with and knew exactly what I was looking for and executed it in a very timely manner at a very fair price! Will definitely be hiring again!

Great even earlier than expected

FANTASTIC work! I called that morning they were there in two hours! And had everything cut and cleaned up within a few hours. Owner was very professional and polite and the workers were very experienced and polite. I was really impressed. I expected some rough tree guys I would have to watch. And they made me comfortable immediately. Just an all around great experience with this company. Will definitely use them again!
