Team Clean and Haul Corporation

The owner called me and refused to remove the dumpster. He was rude stating, he has no problem taking us to court for the cost of his dumpster and the time it was used. We did not want the dumpster anymore and refused to take it and charged our card an additional $451 on top of the initial $500. I would recommend staying away from this vendor and use another. They took and cause additional problems when they have your card on file.

I ordered a dumpster at about 10:00AM, and the dumpster arrived at 2:00PM. Fast service! I am happy so far with their service.

they were suppose to deleiver the dumpster on friday but was not delivered until monday. called them several times and no one called me back. very unhappy with them.

All went smoothly. The driver put the roll off where I requested, showed me how to open and close it and picked it up in a timely manner. He was friendly and very helpful.

I liked the quality of work done by the men / women who dropped off the dumpster and picked it up, that was GREAT. However, I did give specific directions that I did not want my card charged, and my card was charged! I never received a call about it, and no communication from them, not even a thank you. It was like, good to get your money, but don't bother me, I'm busy!! The communication was just NOT professional. I was very upset that they chose to do what they wanted with my card; after I specifically said I want to pay with a check. I still can't believe there was no communication at all, that really bothered me. Very strange!

I can't thank them enough. First, I needed a dumpster in less than 24 hours. My contractor said to get the largest 40 yard. But when they came it was too tall and no way could I use it. I felt terrible, but asked if there was any way we could exchange it for a 30 yard. He was great. Talked with another client he was delivering to and switched our dumpsters. I couldn't be more thankful - and on a Saturday no less! Great prices, wonderful family business. I'll be using them again!!

Awful customer service. Susie basically called me a liar about pick up day when we had previously talked about it. Very rude on phone. I left 2 messages and they never returned our calls.
