Work was performed as promised. Dave was very informative of work that needed to be performed, and he cleaned up all areas where installation was performed. We recently re-hired for electrical changes needed for a kitchen remodel. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Dave from <em>A Better Electric </em>came to my house and made the repair.  He was very knowledgeable and completely professional.  He arrived when he said he would, covered his shoes with booties before he entered my house, cleaned up after himself, and performed the job in a thorough and efficient manner.  He answered all of my questions willingly and took as much time as I wanted to explain the situation to me.  I knew this would be the case because I had used this company to do electrical work in my house twice before and have always been happy with Dave's work. <em><br /> </em> <br />

We had two other companies come out before hiring A Better Electric. The first two companies came out, and spent no more then 10 mins. in the house. One was 40 mins. late and never bothered to call letting us know. The other company looked it over, said they would send us a estimate but we never heard back from him. <br /> <br /> Dave from A Better Electric was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He called to confirm our estimate time, he showed up a few minutes earlier then promised. When he arrived he spent plenty of time listening to us and looking over what we wanted done. Due to the old age of our home he decided to also do a quick inspection of our wiring and our main electrical box. <br /> <br /> He had found some serious issues with the old wiring. When he took the cover off our main box he spotted many wires which had been melted away. He showed us how our box was over loaded and was a fire hazard.(the other two companies never bothered to look in our box) <br /> <br /> He was able to give us options to choose from which was nice.  We now have a new larger panel with a whole home surge protector, fans installed with dimmers, upgraded outlets and some new wiring.  <br /> <br /> We hired him on the spot and scheduled our appointment. He again arrived on time, there was no mess and was done on time as promised. <br /> <br /> We also plan on getting a whole home generator in the near future and will use Dave again. <br />    <br />
