We are GAF Master Elite Certified installing the highest quality roofing materials backed by an industry leading Lifetime Warranty. Work was slow and actually this company just subcontracts the work. Some of the work was not a quality job and Im having to fix the problems myself. The shingles where not installed and sealed correctly and some have blown off. The warranty stated was not what was recieved. I have contacted the Teamwork people about the failed shingle install and they have yet to repair the problem.

"Mr [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review. Of course we wish it was a better review but I feel it's important to address several of your comments. 1. One of the first things you asked me was if we used sub-contractors. I addressed that with honesty and told you that we do. This is very common especially in a storm environment such as Alliance. I am not sure why this was an issue but I did address that in writing with you from the very beginning. 2. Your roof & gutters were completed in a very timely manner. We had them completed in less than 3 weeks from the time you signed the agreement. 3. Your metal patio roof and your window wrap metal coil were custom colors and had to be ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery schedules of those materials. The moment both those materials arrived, the work was completed. 4. You have a full warranty on your roof. You notified my office on April 4 that you had a missing shingle on your roof. I immediately notified GAF and located a bundle of shingles to make your repair with so everything would properly match. We ordered that right away and it just arrived. However, we are now in blizzard conditions with roads closed off to Alliance. We will of course make this repair when the conditions improve. 5. I am not aware of any items that you have had to fix yourself and at no time have you notified me that something needed repaired that we did not address while on site. As the owner of Teamwork Exteriors and the representative that met with you and has communicated with you along the way, I take great pride in doing what I can to make my customers happy and have a great experience. Unfortunately, that has not been your experience and for that I do apologize and will learn from this and how we can improve. Respectfully, Steve Rodenbaugh, President Teamwork Exteriors"

I don’t know if I can say enough good things about Teamwork Exteriors. Steve was so wonderful!! We had a bit of a challenging situation and Steve saved the day. His expertise was a breath of fresh air. He wasn’t trying to sell products that weren’t necessary and did not make sense in our situation. Steve is so down to earth and personable. The communication, punctuality, and quality is unsurpassed!! The warranty have so much reassurance that the owners would be well covered. I greatly appreciate having someone that truly cares about the work they do and the people they serve!!! More contractors should arrive to this level!! I am grateful Teamwork Exteriors was there to help!!

Excellent job in all respects. Steve was available at all times of project to answer any and all questions. Pablo and his roofing crew did a superb installation job, working late to get job completed.
