I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to install my new water heater then Dee and Kyle of TE. They were on time, completely professional, thorough in explaining the new equipment to me, and were just the nicest guys. It's only been a few hours since they left, and I've already recommended them to two friends, and a neighbor. I also had TE install a new A/C and furnace. Those guys were incredible, too! Prompt, knowledgeable, complete professionals. Three of my neighbors met that crew and are having TE replace their A/C's and furnaces, based on the work they did for my place. Excellent professionals, happy customer. I also purchased the service plan, which is an unbeatable deal - four service visits a year. No company that I know of in Metro Atlanta can beat that. This is my first home, and I did so much research (two months worth) and met so many techs from the "top-rated" Metro HVAC companies. My legwork paid off when deciding to go with TE. Great pricing, complete professional service, and I will happily recommend them to everyone I know!

Had to call TE for an emergency fix on what another company screwed up with our air conditioner. I was booked and had someone at my home within two hours. Nemo M. our technician was incredible!! Solved the problem in no time--and could not have been friendlier. He was also extremely patient in showing and explaining everything he was doing. I will never use anyone else here for any HVAC again!!!

They replaced cast iron pipe that takes out water from under the house, had broken, replaced with PPC pipe, Did an excellent job and ben was VERY professional They did electrical for me before and was awesome as well

Very professional, courteous and fair. Kevin was on time, more the appropriate protective gear (mask and shoe covers) and completed the work exactly as quoted. I will use TE again for future electrical work.

Worked quickly, carefully, and professionally. Troubleshoot electrical issues (circuit out). Provide and install a single-pole breaker for double tapped breakers, mail panel; provide and install panel surge protector in the electrical panel. Provide and replace an existing device with long-lasting receptacle devices in the existing box.

Replaced two flood lights located in a difficult high location, no repair work required but didn't know that before the call. The lights are two stories up off a deck and three stories above the grade of the ground in the back yard. Price was a high for the amount of work in terms of actual time but was worth the money to keep me off a ladder. Professional and informative service. Would recommend.
