Service was excellent. Ted answered my call super promptly and got me on his calendar quickly. When he came to our house he was able to quickly assess the problem, had the part on his truck (!), and the oven was repaired and working within an hour. Price was very fair. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to others.

I purchased my home a few months ago and was warned by homeowner friends that something would likely break within the first few months after closing, and sure enough, my dryer started making strange noises after only a few loads of laundry. The dryer was an unusual brand, and I worried that nobody would be able to fix it, but when I called Ted, he said it would be no problem. He came out to look at the dryer at the earliest time I could accommodate, immediately diagnosed the problem, showed me what had broken, explained what the repair would entail, and ordered the needed part. Three days later, when the part had arrived, he came back, made the repair to the dryer, replaced a length of crushed hosing, cleaned out the vent, and showed me how I could easily clean the vent myself in the future. My calls were always answered - never went to voicemail, and his prices were affordable. When another appliance inevitably fails, I’ll be calling him again.

Ted was great prompt professional very nice person he checked out our issue found a second issue and got the dishwasher working until parts came in as soon as parts came in he was hear and repaired all issues. Very reasonably priced

I chose Ted based on all the positive reviews he received. I spoke with him in the afternoon explaining the problem. He believed he knew what the problem was and said he had the part in stock. He came the next morning and was correct with problem and was able to fix it immediately. I asked him for the quote before he started the work and it was very reasonable. He came wearing a mask and was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend him.

Great. We really liked Ted a lot and would call him again. He was a great communicator. Called back when he said he would and arrived right on time too. Didn't take him long to know what was going on and he took apart the machine to confirm. Well, in the end, he helped us decide probably not worth getting fixed as the cost would be the same as a new dryer (parts being most of the cost). We appreciated that guidance. He left soon after. Very polite. We will call him again if we have issues with our appliances.

Excellent. Ted Crocus not only brought my dishwasher back to life but did it cheerfully and honestly. He was clean, efficient, communicative, Covid- compliant and knowledgeable. Good appliance repair is tough to find. I found a good one in Ted Crocus and would invite him back to fix any appliance.

Great, efficient job! Even used his high powered vac to clean out the inside of the dryer. Very helpful and knowledgable! I would definitely call again for other jobs!

Yes managed to fix the shoddy work of another repairman, and he went above and beyond, making two trips to the house. He communicated well and charged a very reasonable fee.

Super. Ted was the ideal repairman...if he was going to be late he called, otherwise he was prompt, tidy, and stayed in touch when he had to order parts. We were very pleased.

He came when he said he would and identified the problem. He said he would order the part and call when it was in. He went directly to the shop and found the part in stock. He was able to return within 2 hours and install the part. Couldn’t have been better!

We had a water leak from our 5-year old Electrolux clothes washing machine. I called Ted Crocus Inc and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Theo arrived on time and found the issue within an hour--a leak in the tub-to-pump hose connection. He was able to get the part later that day and returned the next day and completed the repair in less than an hour. Competent, efficient, and reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
