After ordering a closet system online we called our guy Gerardo to install it. He did a wonderful job as always. He cut the molding so that it fit snugly on the wall and painted it. I love that he does a great job of cleaning up after a project is done. I love my new closet and we have a list of projects for Gerardo to do in our new home.

Gerardo was great to work with. He was prompt, giving us a quote within 24 hours of posting the job, and had completed it within the next 2 business days. He was exceptionally accurate in his estimates for the amount of paint needed. We were highly pleased with the results!

Initial painting and repair work was good, then I contracted Gerardo (Tellez Painting Construction Group) to finish painting the house. Work was less quality and he was difficult to work with - more money, more money. I noticed this weekend that he forgot or did not paint the 2nd story windows on the rear of the house. He requested $600 to come out and finish the job. I am not mad, just can not recommend Gerardo. Be aware. Gerardo had to use my pressure washer and was aware that my roof was being replace and would require some touch up prior to completing the job - 30 to 34 minutes of touch-up. Here is what I shared prior to contracting with Gerardo to complete the remaining portion of my house: Hello Gerardo, We would like to contract with you to finish the painting of our house. You quoted $4,000 and will provide the paint to spray the remaining house. I would like to have the railings around the rear deck included. Scope of work; • remove downspouts, paint trim and reinstall downspouts • remove 2nd floor storm windows, paint windows and reinstall storm windows • remove shutters, paint and reinstall • pressure wash house prior to painting • paint front / side doors along with storm doors • paint front porch and railings • paint windows / trim • Right side of house: o roof trim already painted - both upper level and lower level o side of house already painted to left of side door o dormer is already painted o Trim above side porch needs to be painted o side of house to right of side doors needs to be painted (gable trim is painted already) • If needed, repair siding on back side of house above closet door next to roof • Rear of house: o All siding, windows and trim needs to be painted o repair and caulk any siding joints that are open or would improve appearance o paint deck railings • Shed: o paint siding, windows and trim Let me know if you have any questions and your availability. I also plan to replace the shingles on my roof so need to coordinate the two projects. Sharing so others are aware and don't make the same mistake I did.

"Hello, yes, good everyone, I would like you to understand this bad comment from my Client. I apologize for what happened. Maybe you will understand that not everything in life is perfect and I am going to tell you the story. I painted a house for this man, a house that costs around 12,000 to $10,000 to paint it I gave him a very good price but there were some problems he added the Deck behind his house I forgot to tell him how much I charged him about two days after I told him I charged him that much he said which was a lot so I told him I couldn't do it, I couldn't do it for free and then since I didn't do it he started to give me problems he wanted everything for free I told him if he wanted to support me with something and he refused everything plus he wanted labor and also put in the materials and as you know nowadays everything is expensive, something else changed the roof of his house and that company damaged the walls that I had painted. The next day I arrived and he put Blue Tape on me and he I told him to support me with something and he also refused at the end of the work he said that everything was very good and I told him I asked him again that if he supported me with something and he said no in a very very bad rude way about two weeks later I He calls and tells me that I had forgotten something about the back windows. That's not true. I painted them but he was angry because I didn't want to paint the Deck. He wanted it for free. So I told him yes, I would be happy to go, but that he should help me with something and He also refused, thank you and I hope you understand."

Geraldo was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. An absolute professional with a kind and helpful attitude. I get overwhelmed with projects like this and he made it a breeze. I had 3D wall panels installed and the installation was perfect, symmetrical, and level. Highly recommended.

I live in the 27616 area. Mr. Tellez responded promptly and provided a great price and excellent results. He repaired, painted and calked my damaged masonite siding and rebuilt/ recontructed my chimney cap to resist future damage.

Called me got my information on in the internet search. Beware of this guy, untrustworthy, he got no clue what the city code is for building decks. Did sloppy job , that i have to redo. Claims to be carpenter , make too many mistakes, when complained about the unsatisfactory job, he whines with racist remark"white people don't complain, they just pay" knows how to manipulate people. Does not stay to finish , once he gets paid, takes off. BE WARNED , I WRITE MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIM TRAUMATIZED ME. So i write to warn others. He does not own a company, wrote check Tellez Painting like asked, banks will not cash because its not registered business. He begs for cash payment, go figure. Not sure how he got reviews to the contrary to my traumatic experience.

"This Client is a liar with a lot of respect if he is a liar I will tell you since I started the job he told me one way and he told me another way and he changed his mind every moment for a week every day he was glued to my foot telling me how to do the work at every moment in his own way I understand that some things are to his liking but every 10 minutes he came and came to me and told me things after I finished the Deck he wanted free things like me to paint a floor for him He chose the color and when I started to paint it I had already painted half of the floor and suddenly he said to change it so I responded that of course I did but I had to pay more to unpaint it and to buy more paint and since he didn't want to I decided come from his house otherwise he didn't want to pay me for the Deck until they painted other things for free and it's not fair that's why I already made the decision to resign and he got very angry that's why he gave me this bad comment"

Gerardo did an amazing job installing wallpaper with a tricky pattern - it looks great and we can hardly see the seams! We are also thrilled he was able to get to our job so quickly. We will definitely use him again in the future.
