Genaro was wonderful to work with!!! He provided a professional service in a timely manner. I can not express how happy I am with my new floors! Home renovations are stressful for me but Genaro was very helpful and patient during the whole process, he answer all my questions and helped me find the best hardwood floors that would match the rest of the house. Mr. Tellez was prompt, thoughtful and did a careful and thorough job. He was very good at communication to make sure we all had the same ideas about how to proceed. He went out of his way to finish in a timely manner. He was flexible about coming back to install the vanity. I would hire him again for any repair project.

Better than with any other worker we have hired. His work is high quality; he works efficiently; he is very conscientious. Returned to fix each new problem we ran across and carried away all trash. Has pleasant way with clients. Reasonable rates. We WILL use him again!

It went very well. Genaro arrived on time, observing COVID-19 safety protocols. He reinstalled the downspout adding extra brackets to keep it in place. He took the initiative to reinforce another downspout that was beginning to get lose. He kept his bid as originally agreed to. Excellent customer service!

Genaro was extraordinary! He was reliable and always stayed in touch if he was running late or if we needed to reschedule. The job was done in one day. Since the completion of the job, Genaro has contacted me to see if I have noticed any further activity under the house. The job get done so nicely. Genaro did a lot prep work to make the area nice and clean. He is a very nice guy and has a lot of experience. We finally mount our 75” team on top of the fireplace as well. Definitely will hire him again
