First an foremost this a family run company passed down from generation to generation. I am the third generation to run this company. We specialize in slate, tile, and copper roofs. We do much more than everything from flat, metal, and shingle roofs. We do repairs and gutter work too. No job is to small. Free estimate. We greatly appreciate all the business we get.

At first the back porch leaked horribly after any rainstorm. It took a while before Ted Mills Jr. /Sr. was contacted and came back to attempt to fix several leaks. 3ft. x 12 ft. of the upper porch roof where it meets the main roof > seam, leaked. Also in the right corner where the roof meets the rain gutter, it leaked through the strip of Flake Board? 2ft. x 12 ft. which was suppose to be replaced with Plywood. Ted Mills Jr. and Sr. they fixed the leakage area in the right corner where the roof meets the rain gutter. They put caulking in certain parts of the roof trying to stop the 3ft. x 12 ft. leakage and left. Next time it rained it still leaked horribly. Tried to contact them again, it was a long time before Jr. came back. He asked me for a piece of metal, in which I did have a piece. He stuck it under a defective shingle he told me. He put the hose on it and it seemed not to leak. Again after a rainstorm it did stop leaking on one side but know the water is diverted to the other side. He told me he would be back to replace the defective shingle. I never heard back from since. My roof has been leaking since Aug. 8 2021. That's over 90 days ago. My roof continues to leak. The Plywood is getting moldy and black in color. If not fixed asap, the plywood will get spongy and have to be replaced. I am a Senior Citizen. I paid over $9000+ and my roof still leaks.
