My name is Kathleen Small and I'm not afraid to show my name because I want Temperature Pro/SA to see how happy I am with their service. Josh and Dillon came out to perform a 6 month maintenance. It appears that Josh was training Dillon, but both were very professional. I was surprised to see that they spent almost 2 hours hours going over both the Air conditioner and Heater; they checked every single moving part and tested both the air and heat for accuracy. Josh even went the extra mile, when he asked if I had a Carbon Monoxide detector and I showed him where it was; he noticed it was not in the best place for my safety and he moved it to the correct location. If you're looking for a company you can trust for the right price but also the amount of care they put into their product, Temperature Pro/SA is the best company in San Antonio. One more thing that I was surprised to learn, is they're a 100% female owned company !!!!!!

They did a very good job. I interviewed five companies and they impressed me the most. They gave a very reasonable price and gave me a warranty for 12 years. They did exactly what they said they would do and I have never had a better experience with a heating and air conditioning company in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The installation was scheduled the day after I made the decision. The folks who came out were professional, respectful, and skilled. Everything was completed in a few hours and they cleaned the house up nicely afterwards. A week later, they sent someone out to do a quality check on the installation. I’m very happy with the equipment and with everyone I’ve dealt with a TemperaturePro.

Replacing an HVAC system is never fun, but Courtney and the installation team made it a great experience. Communication was prompt, professional, and personalized to our needs. Courtney did a great job of explaining the options with specifics (others placed I contacted were either condescending or seemed bothered to have to answer questions). They did what they said they'd do, they did it well, they had a professional and personal approach to their work. I feel we received a high quality product and high quality service. I am very glad that I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I make the decision who to go with for this very important, not inexpensive investment. If I had gone purely with advertisement or which company popped up on top of internet searches, I think I would not be as satisfied with my decision as I am now. Reviews matter!

Nobody likes having to call an HVAC tech. Let's be honest, it's pretty much never a case of "I want" and almost always one of "I need." In my situation, the "I need" was that my old A/C was done for. Kaput. (I was actually surprised it lasted as long as it did...I'd expected it to die a couple years prior.) So, the first step meant reaching out to lots of HVAC people, because just one is never enough. In total, my wife and I spoke to about 7 contractors, 4 of whom just tried to recommend a direct placement to our existing system (not considering changes to the house since it was installed nearly 20 years ago), 3 of whom actually put in the effort to calculate out our actual needs, 2 of whom went through explaining why certain options may or may not be good for us, and 1 of whom approached the situation from a perspective of trying to improve our situation rather than sell me a product. So, we went with the one (TempuraturePro). In addition to great service, the price was right (it wasn't the lowest price I've ever heard, but it was fair and reasonable, and within the range of what I was expecting to pay based on my own research into the circumstance). The team was punctual (showed up right at 8am on our appointment day), professional, and the install overall looks and works great. Courtney and her team weren't perfect, of course, but mishaps were largely things that could happen with anyone. There was a minor scheduling error (which ironically was fixed before I even knew there was an error, in the form of her calling me to 'move up' our appointment to when I was already expecting it to be), and the technician of hers that was leading the project did take out my existing thermostat to install one they were more familiar with (my ecobee being the better thermostat). Lastly, there was a minor power issue that may or may not have been exacerbated by the changes, but it was resolved as soon as I brought it to Courtney's attention. Overall, even if I took all the 'bad' together, however, it's not even enough to warrant dropping down rating. Short version: definitely consider them if you're in the market for HVAC work. Honest and fair contractors are a rarity these days, but this one is both.

The owner came to my home and inspected my old system, measured everything and then spent the rest of the morning designing a new system and installation. The install crew showed up on time and spent an entire day installing my new system. The install crew worked very well together, they were polite and professional and cleaned up after they finished. They reviewed the new system operation and new thermostat settings. It was a good choice to select TemperaturePro.

Our office is a 5000 sq ft historic house built in 1912. The staff at TemperaturePro was in constant contact before, during, and after the job to make sure that everything was as we expected. The workers were very professional, courteous, thorough, and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves and continually gave updates on their progress. This was the third A/C company with which we have worked, and they are by far the best!

The two young men that did the job were here at the time I was told they would arrive and they did the job without any problems. After they finished their work they both stood out in my driveway and talked with me for a long time. I was worried they might get into trouble for taking so long but they both assured me that they were finished for the day and could stay and visit as long as I liked. I am an older woman that lives alone....well as alone as someone with two Pit Bulls and a little mixed breed dog can live alone. I appreciated how nice both of the young men were to me. I am looking forward to having them return to service my air conditioning units if it ever gets warm enough in San Antonio for us to need them. I am a new loyal customer of TemperaturePro.
