"Hi Kim, we apologize for the scheduling issue. I do want to clarify that the $300+ quote was for the initial deep cleaning, not your biweekly service. We worked with your budget to get your recurring service to the $135 rate you wanted. That discounted rate was possible because you were scheduled on Mondays when our cleaners were already servicing your area. When you requested a different day, we needed to reassess the rate due to the additional travel and scheduling."
