Installation was so bad, I have to remove their roof and have another roof put on my home. Owner knows this and has ignored me since the end of November, when he was made aware of the issues. He promised to start addressing the problems at the start of December ‘19 and never contacted me again. When I let him know that I’ve had 3 inspections, all corroborating that the roof has to be removed and redone, he disagreed and disappeared. Never once came out to see all of the problems for himself. If you engage this business for a roof installation on your home, you are taking a big risk that will cost you thousands of dollars in repairs and eventual replacement. Look elsewhere for a roof to prevent yourself from the nightmare I’m going through.
