The back porch was enclosed to make a sunroom addition with electricity and in-floor radiant heat. It included a new concrete floor, sliding door, regular door and windows. Mark successfully navigated all permitting issues. It turned out beautifully and we use it constantly. It is one of our favorite rooms both summer and winter.

Amazingly well. This was a rental that had not be updated or remodeled for 30 years. Everything had to be replaced including windows, doors, flooring, total kitchen, total bath, updated wiring, drywall repair/replacement, lighting, and painting. The quality of the finished work was excellent. I wouldn't have believed one person could be skilled in so many different areas of construction.

Terhorst Construction removed existing driveway to a recycle dumpster to be used as future road base and repoured concrete for a double wide driveway. The whole job finished out great and Mark was a pleasure to work with on the whole project start to finish.
